    I had lots of apricots this season. When its to hot for canning or water bath as some say. I freeze alot of my apricots. I measure them out in gallon zip lock bags so all I have to do is prepare the jam. I'm excited to use your recipe for half of my jam. Then the other half I will use my Granny Lula's old recipe cause thats what my sweet Mom wants. I'm gonna take her one jar of jam i make your recipe. Think ill be call it Maha's jam when ppl ask about it cause i know they will. I just know your recipe will be so good.. I wasn't actually looking for a jam recipe I looking for another good humus recipe. Which I made last week. I'm just so happy i found you. Everything looks so inviting. You really make things simple. I'm getting excited & looking so forward to trying some of your other recipes. Maha God bless you & your family. 😊

    Thank you for this amazing recipe. I have an apricot tree and i'm looking forward to making jam using your recipe this summer. I have a question, last year I made some jam with my own recipe. Maybe I didn't add enough sugar but it got moldy in the fridge. Any idea how I can avoid that?

    Thank you for the support . If you are going to make so much make sure after you put them in the jar close it very tight and boil them for 15 minutes.after that put the jar upside down over night (don’t forget to boil the jars for 10 minutes before you filled them with the jam الف صحة وهناء

    thank you so much! It is safe to store for a few months in an airtight container or mason jar (without opening it). Once you open the jar it should last a few weeks (to be honest we put them in small jars and they never last over 2 weeks in our refrigerator.)

    How do you store them for long term freshness?

  • @mahaslebanesecuisine

    @mahaslebanesecuisine

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hello! Store them in jars while they’re still hot and close them tight, then you have to put the jars in a pot filled with water till it covers the lid and leave them for 20 mins after they start boiling. After that, you have to put them on a dry towel upside down and leave them till the second day. You can store them for one whole year! Let me know if you need any more questions!
