Они поработали на имя, а теперь имя работает на них,когда я начала их смотреть она готовила и зимой на поле ,я бы никак не смогла так,хоть и проживаю в селе

Этот суп называется Довга, национальный.суп азербайджанской кулинарии, он из мацони(гатык) риса, яйца, и много разной зелени. Очень вкусно и в холодном и в горячем виде. Кто любит кисломолочку, тому обязательно понравится

@@user-uz6ty9cu4hзаквасили жирное молоко простоквашей, потом сбивали вручную и масло, но оно кислосливочное, а если сбивать сливки или жирное молоко 6%, то получим сладкосливочное, его в данном случае немного получилось, из 25 л молока примерно 1 кг масла😮

А у нее было два ведра и молоко жирное похоже, там у них коровы дают жирное молоко, не то что у нас в Подмосковье базисная жирность 3,4%

Как долго и тяжело взбивать масло.... придумать бы какой - нибудь рычаг, чтоб нажать кнопку и он качал этот глиняный кувшин и масло бы взбивалось.....Азиза , великая труженица ! Спасибо оператору за красоту !

where are you from? US? Amazon. Local shops. restaurant and commercial kitchen suppliers. Camp Chef etc. ALL ON LINE.

@@linebrunelle1004 I'm in the U.S. can't find mixing bowls like hers on Amazon. Google search didn't help either. The camping gear site you listed doesn't have them either.
