I need a recipe for apricot jam that’s easy

Hi Cindy - I just found your channel and you’re wonderful! Please forgive my stupid question but do you peal the apricots?

Cindy, last year my sister and I cooked a 5 kilo batch of apricots for jam, all ripe! Can you imagine how long this took to thicken?? We eventually worked out that small batches was the way to go! Thanks for the good information, as always. T

thanks just started a jam business got 5 kg apricots coming so will try this do you turn jars upside down every time you make jam? and lids on streight away
