@ranna bhatt I did this on my own and still do. But the point is you need to be disciplined, you can't skip a day. I am very disciplined so for me this is not an issue. Most people however need guidance to push through. So I think for many programs like Mindvalley offers are really useful. But it's doable on your own, definitely. I wish you great success in all you do! 😘

Father God, you are only good, your ways are perfect, and your plans are not to harm us. I pray that you help these people I have healing to their eyes and find peace. Scripture also says the children of the Lord have a rest, I pray that they can hold onto that promise and anything coming against them making it that they struggle to have peace is broken off them in Jesus‘s name and the power of his Isaiah 53 healing blood. Amen means let it be so, let it be so.

I’m actually here because I started praying for healing of my eyes, never thought to ask, and a complicated thing started happening, my glasses don’t work as well, probably because they’re not too strong. Nothing other than prayer seemed to start a sudden change in my eyes, however, I haven’t had a complete healing and now I’m learning if there’s anything physically that I can do to be doing what God intended us to be doing all along. Seems like sleep in the dark, be in the light during the day, eat healthy, and look at the things of nature far off and all around and not only your cell phone right in front of you. I don’t know why I didn’t think to just think of how God intended things to be, because that seems to be the advice. God‘s ways truly are perfect, he didn’t create evil, that happened in the rejection of him and his only good plans.

The only thing that really matters now is your soul. The church age of Grace is coming to an end and the next on the timeline is the 7 year tribulation period. You do not want to get left behind during these times because all hell will break loose. You can read Revelations 6 through 19, it talks about it. Christ died for our sins! Are you saved in the Lord Jesus Christ? Your good works doesn't pay for your bad works, you need a 'payment' for your sins and that is Jesus Christ. You cannot do it alone, Jesus Christ paid it all for you, the only thing you have to do is 'believe' in what He did for you on the cross at Calvary. Jesus Christ is the only cure for sin, so please believe in what He did, His death, burial and resurrection - found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, saves lost souls when you truly believe from your heart. Ephesians 1:13, saved and sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven, there is no other way. Please get saved now, time is running out, tomorrow is not promised. Eph. 2:8-9 and Titus 3:5

The following is the summary of the Video.. 1) Get your Eye checked at a Clinic, NEVER get your eye checked at a glasses store. 2) Get Lens that is one step lower, for ex- If your prescription is of -0.5 get a -0.25 lens. 3) Install a basic eye chart in your home 4) Sleep in a completely dark room. Let your kids in a completely dark room. 5) Get a Vision Coach or get a vision course online, doing the Exercises recommend by the coach or the course. 6) Do Not Get Obsessed with the Bates Method. It's been 90 years since the launch of it. Modern researchers or vision coaches know far more. Bates method works but it works relatively very slow. BEST OF LUCK FOLKS!! 👍👍

I’ve healed my eyes naturally too, without a doctor and just based on logic. From average 150 to 100 in 5years and to almost perfect eyesight in another 5years. What I did: (1) on bright days (with sunlight), look out of window at a nearby (abt 5 meters) green plant or tree and focus until can see the edges of its leaves. (2) repeat same steps but change target that’s about 10 meters away. (3) repeat but change target about 15 meters away. No schedule to do this but just Do this whenever you feel like it.. like taking a break from work or study. But it must be done when it’s a bright day. Been maintaining almost perfect vision for the past 15 yrs. Wishing all Bright Vision soon 🙂 Edited: !!! DO NOT Look directly at the Sun !!! Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor so above is just a sharing of my experience of what I've been doing to heal my eyes naturally. I was shortsighted 150 (both eyes) - I think it’s not very serious to begin with. *** Thank you to those who asked some important questions which I had missed out initially. I’ve added below some answers to provide a more wholesome understanding of what I was sharing. - If you are wearing glasses/ spectacles currently, practice above 3 steps with your CURRENT spectacle. When you are able to focus better (ie see edges of leaves on a tree 15meters away easily), you may try the above 3 steps with a previous spectacle (assuming its degree is lesser than your current). Yes, I was practicing with glasses initially but as my eyesight improved, I could do it without glasses. - Always start with step1 = 5meter first and progress from there. 5meter is like a warm up. My sessions are about 5min each. Sometimes when I’m disturbed/ distracted (e.g. my bus arrived) and unable to complete the 3 steps, it is really fine too. - No schedule to do this but I'll try to take about 5min breaks from the screen (laptop or mobile) after 1hr on it. Or you can just do this whenever you feel like it.. I usually do this while waiting for the bus.. BUT it must be done on a bright day with sunlight. Cos if it’s a cloudy day, you might have to strain your eyes to focus, thus defeating the purpose.

Thank you Vishen for your valuable advice. May I also add to this that a place to test your eye sight can sometimes be the place where you purchase your glasses. My father was an optician (among much else) and he had his own practice and shop to make and sell glasses for people. He continuously had to correct prescriptions from eye doctors for his clients because they were not accurate enough. His clients kept on coming to him due to his self taught (and later confirmed and approved by officials granting permission to practice the mentioned trade) great skill in this field (not a single hour of study in an institution of learning). As you know, anything is possible💞🌟

here's a rea; tip,,,and it won't take me 8 minutes to tell you. There is a simple round of exercises for your eyes that will improve your vision dramatically. The key is,,to do them in a pitch black room. The eyss respond to thousands of things a minute that we aren't even conscious of. Sit or lay down in a pitch black room,,,and also cup your hands over the eyes. Then look up,,then down. Pay attention to the movements. Up and down,,10 times. Then,,,side to side,,,10 times. Nice ,full movements. Then,,,diagonal,,,upper left to lower right,,,,and upper right to lower left,,,10 times each. Then,,,big, slow circles,,10 times in each direction. That's it! Anyone who has worked in the Chinese school system has seen the eye exercise regimens they make the students do,,usually twice every school day. But still,,,they have a lot of vision problems. The exercises look great,,,but you just can't expect the eyes to cooperate in any amount of light,,,they will do the movements you ask them to,,,but they are looking at hundreds of other things at the same time. Try the exercises I described in a light room,,,,,then,,,do them again at night like I said,,,,,,you will feel the difference. Even a pinpoint of light from a smoke detector or other electronics will upset the exercises. I repaired my vision enough to pass a full eye exam in just a few days with these exercises. Believe me,,,the darkness is key.If you have heard scientists talking about how the eyes pick up 2,000,000 bits of information a second,,,but only process a few hundred of them,,,it's easy to understand why the darkness is key. And adding the cupped hands over the eyes is just as important,,,as the eyes are also picking up information in the dark. Once hey are free to really do the exercises, this simple set will work out all of the muscles around the eyes, and correct a lot of problems that a doctor would just give you a prescription for....

But how does muscle movement fix deteriorating retinas?

  • @sageonet

    @sageonet

    5 жыл бұрын

hey vegan,,,I honestly don't know! Do you know what the cause of deteriorating retinas is? I got those exercises from a Nei-kung doctors" manual written by Mantak Chia, and they're the only thing I have ever tried that worked. It's so easy to screw up your eyes if you spend time on computers ,,,or a lot of driving,,,you know,,,anything you focus your eyes onto for extended periods of time. The muscles get tight,,,and ,,,whenever they're tight,,,energy to that spot is blocked. So,,it's easy to see how working all the muscles around the eyes would stimulate blood and chi to the area. If you're open minded enough to try some ancient ayurvedics,, there are many people who claim to have dissolved cataracts with urine therapy...I can vouch for it in many uses,,,but I haven't used it for my eyes.... I can say,,,there are stacks of research books on the subject, and ,,,although no one has explained exactly how it works,,,it appears to be a blueprint for our body, and can heal just about any problem in the body.

Vision training takes at least two hours, but what I learnt from this video, Go to an eye specialist Get one degree lower than your prescribed glasses, let your eyes do the work. Use an eye chart at home, school or evev office. Sleep in a dark room. I agree with these, I think they have scientific reasons behind them 👍

At home my eyes are super blurry and I can’t even read the words that are around 2 m away (I’m wearing my old glasses that are about 1.0 lower than my actual power), however at the supermarket I can see all the signs and prices from afar. Hopefully next yr when I get back to college for physical classes and our daily lives become normal again, my myopia would get better too!

My daughter was prescribed glasses when she was 5 years old. I knew that children’s eyesight changes as they grew. So after a few months I divided not to let her wear the glasses anymore. I’m extremely delighted to share with you that during every six month eye test, her vision showed improvement. She is 19 years old now and has excellent vision. There is a documentary online that shows tests on young children who were prescribed glasses but did not wear them. The results were amazing. Their vision self corrected as they grew older. Moreover when my younger son was 6, he was also prescribed with glasses. I confirm that he too wore the glasses for a few months. again we discontinued giving him the glasses too. He is currently 11 years old and his eye sight is amazing. I’m glad I watched the documentary which encouraged me to make a wise decision to stop the use of glasses for my children.

Sorry, I really wish I can remember. This was over 12 years ago. After about two years after the withdrawal of her glasses, her optician began telling us that her vision was improving. Every year showed more improvement and her prescription was getting less stronger. ( at no stage did we inform the optician that our daughter hadn’t been wearing her glasses throughout her childhood). She is 19 now, and she wows that she will do the same for her children in the event that they require glasses. Please note that this is something that worked with both our children. I’m only sharing our experience. I’m not in any position to encourage anyone to do the same.

Im in the midst of naturally healing my eyesight-one key factor i’ve found is to A) take a look at the eyes anatomy (each eye has 3 muscle sets) and thus you begin to B) understand that these muscles can succumb to stress and exhaustion as well as dehydration -especially since we are now constantly looking at intense micro-flashing computer screens all the time -im heat as well but ive notice great results putting my face into ice water -this stimulates the microfibers into acute flexing and stimulates strengthening and regeneration of the muscle fibers surrounding the eye - hope that adds to your arsenal :)

I've been reading his book Vision for Life now but I was looking for a daily practice cause the book is about all possible vision problems. But definitely worth reading. Looking at an eye chart for exercises also locks you into a depthless vision. You can simply read a book placed securely on a track that's 4 feet long for which you can gradually slide from 6 inches to 48 inches back and forth. And you can also adjust that book on the tract to not just travel directly at you only but at greater peripheral angles to strengthen that to.

Hi. I could not understand. How does eyesight chart method lock us into a depthless vision? Also, why should the track should be 4 feet long and can't we do it without a track? So what we should do is basically trying to read a book which is away from us 6 inches to 48 inches, starting from 6 inches and gradually extending it to 48 inches, right? Is there a video or a method etc that you can recommend us which investigates further into what you're recommending here? Thanks in advance.

Thank you! I've greatly improved my vision with eye exercises. I had perfect vision until I started getting Old Age Vision in my early 40's--that was 30 years ago. My vision got so bad that I couldn't read tell the difference between a $1 bill and a $5 bill when I took them out of my wallet. Due to the exercises, I can now read regular print in books without glasses, though I use glasses for the computer. I have passed all my driver's license tests without glasses. Vision exercises work.

I found exercises over the last couple of decades. I’m not sure whether they’re all available now. The exercises that you need will depend on what is causing the blurriness. Also, even people with the same vision problem will find that different exercises work for some but not for others. I just kept researching until I found the ones that worked for me. This paperback book can help you figure out what is causing the blurriness and gives exercises for each: “Improve Your Vision Without Glasses or Contact Lenses” by the American Vision Institute (authors: Dr. Beresford, Dr. Muris, and others). This program (with charts and a CD) is good for improving near vision needed for reading: “The Read Without Glasses Method” by Ray Gottlieb, Cambridge Institute for Better Vision. This KZread video and eyechart are good for improving astigmatism: “How to Improve Eyesight Using a Tibetan Eye Chart.” In the video, you’re told to touch the center of the chart with your nose. I learned to do this exercise with another video that said to hold your nose 3 inches from the chart. You might start at 3 inches and get closer as your eyes get stronger. I’m going to try getting closer myself. But be careful with this one-start by doing a little at a time. It really works your eye muscles. When I did it too much, I got a headache. However, it’s excellent for astigmatism, and there aren’t too many exercises available for astigmatism. For improving distance vision, I printed out a regular eye chart like in an eye doctor’s office. I measured off 20 feet away. Every few days, I sit 20 feet away, cover one eye at a time with an eye patch, and read the smallest print that I can. Then, I use both eyes. I write down how far down the chart I can read. This improves my distance vision and allows me to track how it’s coming along. Best wishes for improving your vision!

No one yet told anyone to choose less power as shown in a computerized check up, but you revealed it. And trust me I'm doing this for 8 years. Doctors told me to use a lens of 2.25, but I myself when I never know about this prefers to use 1.75. and then I noticed my power had never increased. But one thing it doesn't correct your eyesight but always helped in not increasing in Ur powers. Clap for you.

My eyes feel great! I literally made this 10 min ago. It's really great. Here's what I did: I cut 2 slices of red onions and half an inch of turmeric root (pinky thickness) cut into thin slices. I added about 60ml of filtered water. In a small pot with the lid on, I simmered this on low heat for about 12 min. When it cooled down I put 1 drop of this yellow onion water extract in my eyes. It's really soothing. Feels fantastic. Tomorrow I'm going to do it again! I read several studies on Onion, Turmeric, and green tea extracts for eye inflammation and to treat various eye disorders. Water extracts are safe and because they are cooked the powerful acids are neutralized. I once tried to put diluted raw onion juice in my eyes will never do that again. It burned like hell.....But the cooked juice is really amazing. I also read that cooked organic Rosewater is good for the eyes too. You can make this yourself too. Just never use more than 1 drop at a time, 2 to 3 times a day.
