Sweet potato leaves are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin. In the Philippines we use steamed or cooked sweet potato leaves as spinach.

Thank you for this. In my experience this information is absolutely true. My vision (and memory) is better now at age 68 than it was at age 6 when I was diagnosed with cataracts. I hardly even need glasses anymore and that's after cataracts, retinal detachment and glaucoma. My ophthalmologist can't believe the improvement in visual fields. My strategies: eye rehab at Aurobindu eye rehab clinic x 10 days, Ayurveda for eyes every year or so, lots of fruits and vegetables, less oil, no processed foods, gluten and dairy free diet, a few supplements and regular (as needed) iv infusion of high dose vit C, glutathione, nac and B vitamins.... there is hope. I haven't changed eyeglass prescription since 2010 and never plan to again

I am down here in UGANDA aged 80 .l have since l was 14 been wearing glasses after an oculist directed that l should.Periodically l have had to go back for lense recheck.Two years or so ago l was diagnosed with cataract in the left eye and blurred vision in the right eye.l have been taking a variety of drugs but not much has changed. I can still drive but only during day time.Kindly advise what supplements or drugs l should take to improve my eyesight.Here in Uganda we don't yet have expert eye doctors Peekay

I had gut issues my whole life and at the age of 19 I developed myopia and it got worse and worse throughout the years. Definitely there's a connection between gut and eyes.

Learn eye exercises, go out in nature look far at the horizon on daily basis at sun rise , near infra red light healing, Lutin , sea xanthin carats pods, sleep , stress management, eye relaxation by palming blinking no sugar no salt no seeds vegetables oils omega 3 essential oil, retina is part of the brain. David's repeated attempts to steer the conversation towards a more general public, and to benefit a wider audience; i found dr. Had glasses singe age of 2. Lazy eye that was fixes by wearing a patch. Lazy eye returning after a trauma. Better balance without glasses, new prescription always too strong, giving headaches. No more hydrogenated fats and eyes getting better.

Don't do LASIC! I've done it and I regret it so much! Less than 3 years later I needed glasses again! And I have the glare thing now and the dry eyes (although the dry eyes started much later so it may not be related). But still, DON'T get LASIC

There are people who believe that N-acetyl carnosine (not NAC, N-acetyl cysteine) prevents, slows or reverses the development of cataracts. I used eye drops with this amino acid form for a few months, hard to say if it had the desired effect or not. I still have my natural lenses at age 68 and would like to postpone cataract surgery forever or as long as possible.

I want to watch this but can't. An eye doctor who doesn't blink... My brain finds it so disquieting that it's distracted completely from what's being said. At first he blinked just twice per minute, a very low rate, but then there was a stretch of well over 1.5 minutes without blinking. I had to stop :|

I question his business practices no one ever answers the phone and they don't return phone calls. I am still trying to recover from the damage his eye drops did. He is not the manufacturer as it says distributed by on the bottle. I think the manufacture did a voluntary recall Sam just doesn't want to issue any refunds.

…I believe he meant both are helpful. Glutathione does not absorb well as a supplement per se…. So take it with a fat - line fish oil or a Liposomal ( liquid fat) that contains Glutathione. See video from dr lunch ( Naturopathic doc) below. He’s an excellent self- health resource 🥰

OK. Another non biohacker talking. As a carnivore, I have both noticed and learned that on a carnivore or keto-carnivore lifestyle uric acid works as an antioxidant. No need for phytic acid plants, lectins, sappiones nor oxalates. Got rid of my glasses by training active focusing, gronding and avoiding processed carbs, fructose and processed linoleic acid containing products. Got rid of every prior condition as well. Plants. Blah. Little do people know.

I am still trying to get a refund for the drops ...9 months and it is just a run around. No on ever answers at his office. I am out hundreds of dollars for the infection his eye drops caused. They have finally been recalled by the FDA. WHAT PART OF HE IS A SCAMMER DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND. Happy to show you all the medical documents and correspondence.

@@rbruillard I purchased his eye drops in January only to have a severe reaction which resulted in multiple visits to the doctor. I am still trying to get a refund for the drops ...9 months and it is just a run around. No on ever answers at his office. I am out hundreds of dollars for the infection his eye drops caused. They have finally been recalled by the FDA. WHAT PART OF HE IS A SCAMMER DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND. Happy to show you all the medical documents and correspondence.
