The peace you're referring to surpasses understanding. But Philippians 4:6-7 tells us how to get it: "do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

One thing I see that is wrong with people getting married is that they don’t either believe in GOD, or they don’t pray to GOD that he will send the woman to that he has made for you, the one he says you should marry. I’m trying not to bash my wife but I’ve had to grow and adapt in my marriage to accommodate my wife to the point of ending hobbies. I’ve come to the conclusion she doesn’t want a husband but a servant. Massages are always, do her feet. 1-2 hours later it turns into a massage top to bottom. No matter how much my hands, arms shoulders and back burn, tighten and ache. But even that I maybe wouldn’t mind but it comes a lot with insults and yells of TOO HARD or NOT HARD ENOUGH. All making me dread serving the women. I’ve taken over all chores. She won’t even separate her own laundry when it’s right next to her. I confronted her about it now she hasn’t talked to me in 2 weeks unless to do an errand and tell me she needs money through text. She wants me to apologize. Which I have, still nothing. She still makes me lunch and dinner, her only regular chore mainly because she hates my cooking. It which blows my mind. Anyway thoughts?

I'm angry at myself and God. I am selfish and full of pride and ego. I'm a ticking time bomb. I want to please God. I want peace. I want joy. I want to be a stronger leader. God, I'm mad at you. My heart is troubled. Edit: I feel wrong by typing this out for the flesh and eyes to see and not keep it secret to me and god.

Daniel where is satan now. Is he in the second Heaven bound up until he is release.

Do not mingle good and evil, is (… the mystery of Christ … not made known unto the sons of men … Eph. 3:4,5).

There is a difference between sons of God and sons of men and likewise with daughters. To be the best husband don't desire a wife to be as the daughters of men. Don't, 'Kiss an angel good morning and love her like the DEVIL when you get back home.', as one song says.

I am not a husband. Like saint pual said in 1 Cor. 7:32-34 about how he remained single. I to choose to follow the gospel and remaining unmarried with no children. And I believe all teachers of the bible pastors, ministers, reverend, deacon, ect should remain celibate for the reasons paul stated. When your unmarried you can fully focus on following God rather than your wife and children as Paul also said in the new Testament

one of the pre-requisites for being a good bishop is being the husband of one wife and having children. 1 Timothy 3:2. Your interpretation of what Paul said is totally wrong.

My friend you are misunderstanding. This is what the scriptures say when I was discussing 1 corinthians 7:8-9 regarding singleness. 1 corinthians 7:8-9 " 6 Now as a concession, not a command, I say this.[a] 7 I wish that all were as I myself am. But each has his own gift from God, one of one kind and one of another. 8 To the unmarried and the widows I say that it is good for them to remain single, as I am" That is what I mean when I say why I am remaining unmarried. And pual also said this 1 corinthians 7:32 I want you to be free from anxieties. The unmarried man is anxious about the things of the Lord, how to please the Lord" 1 Corinthians 7:33 " But the married man is anxious about worldly things, how to please his wife" So you see why I said that teachers and preachers of the word should remain single so they can focus fully on God and doing his will. Scripture says that we should not be focusing on worldly things. And should not be of the world either. Hope this helps. God bless you 🙏

@nikolasumstead9701 You clearly can't interpret scripture and operate from a religious spirit. Paul is literally telling you that that's from him, not from God, and that is not a command. Literally the verse you pasted says " this is not a command", and Paul said "I wish" not "God wishes".

So out of everyone we should striving to be, shouldn't we be more like christ who had no wives. He was fully focused on doing God's work. And your right I don't have a religious spirit like what the pharisees had that Jesus despised. I have something better It's called the Holy Spirit. So no I'm not religious. I have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Relationship, not religion.

God created other things in their own image. But we were created, in his image, according to his imagination, according to the way he thinks. It is an abomination for us to live according to our own image/imagination, the way we think, which is the work of our own hands. God’s way created us to be a holy people unto the Lord our God. GOD has chosen us to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the Earth. But rather than to listen to God's voice we 'walked in the councils and in the imagination of our evil heart', thinking that we are special unto ourselves and therefore can do anyway we want to do, as if we were a "queen of heaven", 'The children gather the wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the (so called) queen of heaven, ...' (Jeremiah Ch.7). In other words, everyone plays a part, in that, everything they do is for the sake of pride, which is a "high place" they have built to burn their children in the heat of it.

Don't make this so complicated.. Eve made man and women get punished. Unfortunately the women got punished to always desire her own husband and obey him for the rest of her life. This is a pretty bitter pill to swallow in these times cos social media, internet materialism etc makes this a huge sacrifice for foolish woman. Wives and husbands must love each other. RESPECT is the key to a loving, sucessful godly marriage, simple. All worldy and traditional weddings and marriages will not survive based on worldly, "man-made" respect.
