    1. Be kind and loving-- never lose your temper at her -- women yell to make themselves as big as you, not to be disrespectful. 2. Appreciate her every day-- women are naturally unsure they are or are doing enough. 3. Tell her she's beautiful-- women feel inadequate without their beauty to you acknowledged. 4. Show and tell her that you love her -- often. 5. Be affectionate-- women need physical affection that is not just sexual. Also use sex for connection, not just for recreation or satisfaction. 6. Admire her -- pay attention to how she does things and praise her for it 7. Be her mirror on the wall -- affirm her.

I would add: Honey-do lists! There are some things women depend on their men to do that they can't do themselves. Fulfilling these requests is an act of providing. It shows loyalty. It shows commitment. It shows dedication to your wife. It shows her that you take your responsibility to her and the home you are building together seriously and shows her you want to stay in the environment she is making for you.

Paul you’re the best, I took course for men 6 months ago and I still go back to it and these you-tube videos especially when I catch my mind doing it’s own thing, it’s very, very stubborn but my marriage has improved tremendously and so has my life. I’m so happy because my beautiful wife of 30 years was half way out the door! Forever grateful!

Its actually very easy, shes your WIFE for a reason.. she didnt marry you just out of the blue. You wanted her so bad enough to marry her so at one point you were head over heels. So all you got to do is go back to that stage were things started, even if you dont have the feelings or love eventually itll come back because the feelings were there once.. its just all about not giving up no matter what you see.

I found your channel recently I must say I really appreciate and agree with everything that you mentioned in every video, has really been my own experience. Iam going through it at the moment. I don't know but now I have totally got exhausted and gave up on my husband. I feel we as women often undermine the importance of our gut feeling especially when it comes to coming our of bad relationships. Even now iam stuck but just because of my son I am staying in the marriage. I feel hopefully once my son grows up I really need to take this big decision. Thank you so much for your videos. In this video I particularly agree with all 7 points, spot on.

These lessons are intended to uplift and guide the one watching,. None of us are perfect so we should look for the lessons that we need. It is impossible to get good results from telling another what they should do.

What happens when she has been sexually abused by her step dad and I get punished for what he did to her. I tell her she is beautiful, I help with the dishes and housework, work a full time job, help with our daughter and get very little in return besides publicly humiliated for the things I don't do. When it comes to intimacy I have to ask for it and get rejected 9 out of 10 times. 5 years of marriage have seemed like 500. I also buy her flowers and take her out for special occasions and on the spur of the moment. I very seldom get any thing in return. She says she doesn't know what to get me. I told her anything just to know that she loves me.

You are mixing apples and oranges. Marriage is a union that teaches us how to love without expectations. The mind teaches us we should be rewarded. One must learn to love unconditionally to feel inner joy

My husband doesn't have an affectionate bone in his body. My beauty is appreciated more by other people. I'd rather recieve complments from him. I appreciate your videos, but I rather be unhappy by myself. Sometimes second is really the charm.

You may give up if you wish, you have free will. But, here we inspire people to utilize their free will and change themselves so their future is positive and they do not blame others for the mess they are in now but take responsibility for their future

@LauraC Surprisingly, we are still together. Sometimes when you get to the point where I was , God will extend his wisdom/knowledge and place stumbling blocks intended to deviate any plans you have. I came to the realization that I failed to acknowledge God's view of what marriage should be, but instead acknowledged warped views. I was comparing my marriage to others, the media, what I believe marriage should be. Though I was at my lowest, God revealed to me I still had room for restoration. Through obedience to God, he started making some areas in my marriage straight and helped me to see my husband from a different light.
