@@erice5618 Yes. And what is more... you believed every word of it without any proof...
Hey Loz, Thank you for making this video. This year myself I've lost 70lbs (238>168 at 5'11") and I found myself grinning from ear to ear this entire video because the process for me was exactly the same and you hit the nail on the head for every piece of advice. I had tried so many times in the past to make the change only to fail due to diving into a super restrictive lifestyle that was unsustainable for me. You are 100% correct about the key being to find a plan that is sustainable and focusing on progress vs perfection and being able to accept it is not an overnight change. And I hope those watching are able to take those words to heart and apply them. It takes time. It takes discipline. And it takes a lifestyle change that you can be consistent with and, most of all, enjoy. I usually don't comment on videos but I truly hope this video reaches as many people like us as it can, so I am.

Happy new year Loz, Definitely miss you in strongman and will be great to see you compete again! It's great to see such motivation and determination as it helps mere mortals like myself that anything is possible! I have suffered with weight problems and binging for year's and now at nearly 51 year's old I'm the best I've been in years!! Thank you my friend, have a great 2023!!
What a great attitude and being honest about your journey. Great personality as well. Good job brother!!!
Great video as always! Glad you aren't saying it's a quick fix. Love you guys!
Fantastic Loz,great to see you looking so well, and good luck with future training and competitions 🙏
Thanks for the update. Happy Holidays to the whole family!
Congratulations on the changes. I too made that change 12 years ago. I went from 500+ pounds to 355lbs in about a year and a half. I’ve gained some back but trying to get back to focusing on my goal weight of 300 pounds
Congratulations Loz, awesome achievement. Glad your feeling great.
Well done man! Can’t wait to see you compete in the Master’s. I hit 40 may of 24 and look forward to jumping into the masters in some local comps.
Congratulations. I love you story and example . Happy holidays. I look forward to seeing more content
Great video! Thanks for answering all those questions
Good Job! Really happy to see you in good health
You're looking great, well done, have a great new year
Very inspirational, i'm where you were and going for where you are . This will help the mental and physical changes. Thanks for sharing. Keep safe.
What you said about changing your relationship with food really hits home for me. Its the thing I have found most difficult with in my journey from over 18 stone in 2019 with slow progress to where I am now at 13 stone. Some days as you said i eat way too much and hate myself for it while putting more food in my mouth. It's my constant struggle. It's strange to say but I'm glad other struggle too and it's not just me. You have done amazing and are a true inspiration. Thank you.
Looking fantastic brother! Keep up the great work! Your hard work is very inspiring! 👍🏻
It's nice to hear such an even headed approach. I'm on my own 150lb weight loss and to hear you talk about the relationship with food made me feel better. You can still enjoy yourself with some "crappy" food as long as you don't go animal
Congrats on your weight loss Loz and thanks for being honest and transparent with us about your lifetime struggles and your relationship with food. It sounds like you've conquered many of your inner demons. Keep up the awesome work!
You look Great! I just started my Journey. Thanks for more motivation.
V well done. Let’s all pick each other up and encourage one another. Great effort
Love Loz, nice to see him looking so well 👊
Best video yet mate- just honest talk about it all! Fair play all the best to you and the family!

It's been great getting to know you here on Youtey. Cheers to the New Year. Happiness and Health for All. !!
Good morning Loz. Happy New Year to you and Auntie Liz.. I follow and like your channel very much. I’ve commented before but not often. This video caused me to reach out. Thank you for posting it. Mentioning your struggles with food, your mental health, and your discipline and ability to make steady progress was inspiring. I think it’s great to see and hear people who are at the top of their sport express their vulnerabilities, and struggles. I think it inspires others, and can also help others make it through another day. I think many people believe that athletes (especially in the strength game) are invincible. They are human. Years ago I was a respectable armature bodybuilder and dabbled in powerlifting in the off season., Being a chubby child when I began training I lacked confidence, and self worth. Once I became respectable in my disciplines, I still struggled with self confidence. I fully understand what you spoke of regarding looking in the mirror. Anyway. I commend you for this video, (and ALL your great content. I wish you and Liz and your family continued success. I hope to meet you both one day when you are next in the states. Perhaps at the Rogue.
Big Loz, you look great! This is a very inspiring video. Keep up the amazing transformation. Be sure to have that ice cream cake. Stay strong!!
Congratulations!! Hard work, great job!!
Loved this vid. Subscribed!!
Congrats big Loz! A huge achievement! 💪
Good to see you feeling good and improving your fitness and health, while your still young. Congratulations Big Loz.
It's very brave you speaking about eating disorders in times of depression. I was 8kg down from my all time heaviest and had gained 25kg from 2020-2022. I'm now back up to that larger weight due to some depressive moments in my life. As you say it's comfort, it feels so good at the time but I'd look at the scale and be more depressed. So well done uncle Loz on your amazing accomplishment mate. Merry Christmas to you and your family ❤️

Come one man, I believe that you can do it too! I myself am too heavy and planning to lose some weight (depending on how I feel probably around 20-25 kg), let's enjoy the grind together my friend!
Bloody amazing that transformation well done mate👍.
Awesome work! Such a likeable bloke and so happy for you
I’m getting back into it after two months off. Was in the best shape of my life and lost a lot of it. Could have excuses, but I was just lazy. Owning up to it. This is a big inspiration to remain back at it!!
Looking great man! I understand everything you're saying, at one point I was depressed and got up to 320 pounds
New sub. Great job!
Much love sir, well done!
This is brilliant. Very level headed approach. I'm keen to see how you go in the events you mentioned.
It's seriously amazing to hear Big Loz being so open about his struggles with food. I totally relate to this. 👍🏻
Onya Loz for your down to earth honest content,,, and Liz is perfect with her insights and humor ... Happy new year!!!

You've done a great job loz, congrats on achieving your goal
UNCLE LOZ, ALWAYS MOTIVATING!!!!
Congrats and you are also blessed to have very tight skin after the weight loss.....you look incredible. Look forward to following you on your journey for 2023 and beyond.
Well done Loz, that’s an awesome journey. Good on you. I was hoping for some more photos though! I’ve kinda done something opposite- used to be pretty good at running but physically weak and frail. Now I’m strength training and having to bulk up a bit, the running has seriously declined and it sucks. I want to live in an alternative universe in which I can fly up hills whilst being strong and robust.
Merry festive periods to you and your good lady. You have a wonderful outlook on life, and I truly appreciate your message and commitment to the message! Please keep up this fantastic work! Much ❤️ from Liverpool UK
Respect! For your transformation and for your ability to handle your own challenges. And telling openly about them.
Congrats on reaching your goal Loz!
So much respect for being so transparent, especially about TRT. Completely ignoring the subject can do more harm than good I think
Congratulations man!
I think it is great that you are looking to a new chapter in your journey in strongman. I am glad to see that there is a purpose ,and you did not just let yourself become immobile or unhealthy. Glad to watch the transformation, and see how excited you are
An amazing transformation. You should be proud of what you've accomplished. 💪💪
Looking fantastic , well done
Well done, Big Loz. Carry on.
Thanks so much for this, its good to know having failure days isn't the end of the Journey we have to keep moving forward
Hope to see you do well at Gloucester , Masters comp👏👏
