How Ah Pa makes my 4yo eat fish | Ginger onion fish fillet (ingredient list provided)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is how Ah Pa made my 4yo girl to start eating fish, i.e. ginger onion fish fillet. Just make sure the fish is nicely deep fried with crispy outside, as my daughter loves anything crispy and fragrant such as deep fried chicken skin.
It took Ah Pa almost 2 years to find the right online seafood seller to recommend to u. Why Ah Pa chose DTS? They are already one of the biggest seafood suppliers to 5 stars hotels and restaurants in Malaysia. They use liquid nitrogen to express freezing the seafood, followed by ice glazing and vacuum packed, delivered to u using cold truck, all processes are to ensure the seafood will be sent to you in the freshest manner. Also due to this process, their seafood can be kept fresh and frozen in your freezer for up to one full year! And did I mention that all their fish actually has a birth cert numbers using blockchain technology? In short, quality guaranteed and u will know what your family will be eating. That’s all we want as home cooks. Highly recommended by Ah Pa.

Thanks for this lovely easy recipe Ah Pa. I’ve seen this fish fillets being sold in DTS but I wasn’t sure how to cook it and now I do😀 I’ll add it to my next order from them. My husband loves fish so I’m always looking for recipes with fish to make for him. I’m not a huge fan of fish so I’m not very sure how to cook all the different types- And your videos hv been very helpful. Thanks.

Hi Ah Pa, if I don't want to deep fry the slice fish at which point of time do I stir fry slice fish, is it during the stir fry of ginger ,garlic n spring onions or after making the gravy ?

If u dun deep fry the fish, then u can fry it after the gravy too but allow it to simmer. Btw, if without deep fried, the fish meat can break easily.
