Ingredients:
300g firm white fish
3 stalks spring onion
35g ginger, julienne
Marinade:
2 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Corn starch
Sauce:
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
