Hello Ah Pa! id bought barramundi fillets from DTS recently and I’ve been wondering how to cook it so your video has come at a great time. Ive never cooked barramundi fish before and am looking forward to trying this recipe out with the fillets i’ve bought. Thanks always for all the great little tips when you make your videos, its helped an inexperienced cook like me a lot.

Hello. Hope your well. I write today. As I’ve noticed you use tamarind. A lot. And. Not much tomatoes in your cooking. We unfortunately do not have the choice of all the fresh delicious fish available to u. I lov grouper and pomfret. AND SHRIMP. I’ve visited Singapore kualalampur Bangkok. Amazing places. FOOD UNBELIEVABLE. if u can oblige. By putting a crab curry recipe. That wud b wonderful. Regards to you and your family.
