Thanks for sharing this delectable recipe, Nancy. I had some leftover basa fillet and chicken stock, and decided to try your recipe. I was amazed at the results. Easiest to prepare and tastes similar to restaurant quality. No complaints except would taste even better if I had a gas stove to generate some wok-hei. You have the perfect setup there.👍😁

Joel, all recipes are located in the description box below the selected videos. I grew up working in a Chinese restaurant in my younger days and they used the following ratio for their basic salt seasoning. It''s 5:3:2 ratio of SALT: SUGAR: MSG, of course the MSG is optional. (you could also use less MSG or omit it altogether. I also use Kosher salt. So let's say 5 T Salt, 3 T Sugar and 2 T Msg-mix well and store in a covered container. I usually mix a big batch using a cup as my measurement and keep it in the pantry. It stores well. Thank you for watching & happy cooking!

I hope the “seasoned salt” is not msg. If it is, don’t use it. Use an appropriate amount of sea salt or pink salt rather than ordinary table salt

MSG is not bad for you in small amounts. Its glutamate bonded with baking soda. And humans are introduced to glutamate through breast milk during infancy. MSG is typically made from Bamboo.

The sauces used in this recipe (as most Chinese dishes) have tons of sodium. So it's really unnecessary to season any of the fish ahead of time. If you have BP issues, adjust how much you use of any sauce, salt, etc.
