Genial yo tengo 63, siempre hice ejercicio pero desde hace cinco años había empezado con Chi Kung ( por que buscaba algo más adecuado para la edad , tabien debido a mis dolencias ) pero hace tres meses me dió por empezar con estos videos ( me dije : la edad es un nº inténtalo) y cada mañana me levanto motivada para hacer mi rutina, cuando la hago tengo la sensación de que el tiempo no ha pasado y me hace muy feliz.
I did this workout yesterday for the first time and it was awesome!! I really worked up a sweat, had fun, and can feel the burn in all the right places today!! I can't wait to do more of these.

It actually works being a boy i can also do this routine, after doing this for one continuous month my abs thighs and arms were literally getting into shape, i started getting compliments from people that they are able to see changes in my body, keep grooving with this routine you will definitely get results but please consult with your doctor and as per your comfort do this routine

I did 11 minutes 20 seconds, as i have less fat so i think it took 10 minutes to warm up but it's really effective 💪 I need to reduce bulging on my stomach so i think this zumba video will work!

Whew!Worked up a little sweat, definitely got my heart rate up, my abs got a wake up call. Loved that it's low impact, quiet with simple moves and upbeat music, I did with bare feet. I wish I could've kept up with the arms, my shoulders were ready to fall off 1/3 of the way in. I loved the popping moves near the end, reminded me of the Uncle Luke days.

I must say that I only tried your videos once. It seemed pretty easy while watching, but it's a different thing when doing it. I really love and enjoy the energy I spend and the sweat while habing fun, especially for someone like me who likes to workout, but is restricted to do any jump at the moment. Хочу сразу поделиться своими успехами занимаясь 1 месяц . Мне 46 , двое детей за 20 лет , имела спортивную подготовку всю свою жизнь и всегда весила около 54 кг при росте 167 . После 43 стала набирать и стабильно вес держался около 58 кг , но для меня лишний вес всегда стресс , не вижу себя полной 😊 . Так вот после зимы поняла , что нужно начать заниматься собой , откладывать нельзя . Было : Вес 58 кг , талия 79 , бедра 100 , грудь 95 🤦🤦🤦 Стала через месяц после тренировки : вес 54.9 , талия 74 , грудь 90 . Хочу стразу сказать , что сидела пару месяцев , один из которых пришелся на тренировку на интервальном голодании . 6/18 . То есть ела с 12 до 6 , сладкое в том числе ( мне можно , не такой большой вес ) остальное время чай и вода . Заметно ушли складки со спины , подтянулся верхний пресс живота , ноги стали стройнее . Короче говоря , если будет дисциплина и работа над собой , то все получится. Нельзя останавливаться на пол пути. Я виду хорошие результаты , и продолжу тренировку . Конечно этого не достаточно , чтобы подтянуть нижний пресс живота , но общая картинка показала , что сжигание жира работает.

Brilliant! I want to see a slimmer me again & I think I will now I've found you. I did advanced Zumba dance till the covid 19 lockdowns, so up to 2 years ago. I realise now that the only thing I wasn't doing was proper exercise, even though I'm busy non stop, day & night. So we will see how this goes. 7 minutes of this done for today, gradually increasing to maybe 15 minutes a day. I'm an otherwise fit 68 year old!!!

Day 1 : I quit 20 minutes in... Hopefully I'll be able to finish it tomorrow It's been almost two weeks.. I hadn't done it after the first time because my stomach hurt so bad.. but today I've done it for the second time... Hopefully I'll keep going without quitting this time Day 1 : I quit 17 minutes in Day 2 : I took a rest at 17 minutes and then continued after a few mins and completed it Day 3 : same as day 2 lol Day 4 : did it without taking a rest this time! Day 5 : done Day 6 : done (it's getting easier) Day 7 : done

@@imaneraji2223 hi, i workout 5 days a week and i have no specific diet. I just try to eat less compared to my daily food intake before because i use to eat a lot. You should search a lot or consult a doctor, and listen to your body before doing a diet, i think 😊 all the best luck to you!

@@devymarsha6013 so I noticed my love handles reduced a lot,then my waist line also.what I realized is consistency and eating healthy I have a defined waist😀

I’ve been following the 20-35 min videos 6-7 times a week for the past 3 weeks and I’ve noticed reduction around my arms, back, waist and my butt has a bit more shape. My husband says I don’t have a Mexican mom butt anymore. Whatever that means! Lol These are are super fun and can be for beginners or just looking to change the pace. When I want to go really feel it I add leg and wrist weights. Omg. So much fun.

I was a bit demotivated but after viewing the comments I'm extremely motivated and excited to try this exercise. It's quite exhausting but after reading the comments i think it's worth it.

Finally I found the right (zumba) exercise for me, I'm in my mid 50's, I just started it now and I did it twice I enjoyed the music, I sweat a lot. I will take it as a challenge, I will do it everyday for my work out, thanks a lot. God bless🥰
