@@IfeanyiAkaigwe W, also any tips? i just started working out and i only have some dumbells and i just oredered a pull up arm. I usually do 2 sets of workouts with my dumbells, should i do more? or is 2 sets just fine

@@Wartqrtle there's a whole research literature on how many sets to do, and figuring out your body's exhaustion limits takes ages. for a beginner just pick a random program from a well-known science-based channel and do it for 8 weeks, deload (50% of all weight, light work) for 1 week, then go for another 8 weeks. by 6 months you should understand yourself a little better. tips: dr. mike israetel jeff nippard jeremy ethier
