TRUE CRIME PLAYLIST: • True Crime Body Language
The House Ethics Committee has opened an investigation into Rep. George Santos (R-NY) that will focus on allegations of misconduct and campaign finance violations-a probe that comes as the embattled freshman congressman is embroiled in a ballooning scandal surrounding these alleged lies and more:
If Santos resigned or was ejected from Congress (a process that requires a vote of two-thirds of its members), New York Gov. Kathy Hochul would call a special election to replace him. Santos’ removal could be a blow to Republicans, who regained control of the House with a slim four-seat majority after flipping multiple districts previously held by Democrats, including New York’s third congressional district Santos now represents. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), however, has said Santos will be removed from Congress if the Ethics process finds him guilty of wrongdoing.

I think he's delusional. I think he believes that he can lie his way out of trouble rather than dealing with his emotional issues. I think he's dangerous and I wouldn't be comfortable in a room alone with him. I have no patience to hide my disapproval of how he chooses to behave and a guy like that would feel attacked by a person like me. He is very good at lying and might turn violent if he's triggered (ego under attack). Some people can cope really well with how others perceive them. Of course everyone wants to be liked but if the Ego feels attacked the person's interpretation of reality is threatened. This is why we are compelled to argue when we feel emotionally attacked (threatened reality). When someone is triggered they go into fight or flight. It's why they have excess energy to argue. You cannot see a shared reality when you're defending your inner truth, no matter how cognitive you are of the emotional response. Emotions cannot be controlled, they can be managed. Time and habituation is how we heal, but you have to accept reality as it is without adding any emotional interpretation. It's hard to do. That's why we don't automatically do this. It's easier to stay on Auto-pilot. All I'm saying is that he's a lazy coward.

  • @10054760

@@LHJC10 naw, the worst is Sean Spicer, then Sarah Sanders, then Kayleigh. Kayleigh is last because she just read from her binders so it’s not clear she did any thinking on her own as opposed to just reading what excuses someone else wrote. She did try to put faux outrage into her comments. But Spicer was the original trump administration liar so it was more unexpected to have a press secretary out and out lie when he did it. He was so bad at it even trump complained about his oversized suits and his nervous demeanor which made him look like the liar he was. That’s the time with Conway’s alternative facts so we discovered the administration’s default would be lying. By the time Sarah did it we already knew they would lie about everything including if the sun came up. But her expertise was lying without batting an eye. Spicer always looked like a weasel and uncomfortable with saying what he knew was a lie, but Sarah was very comfortable with it.

I think that upwards finger point is aggression - people do that sometimes if they're angrily threatening someone. This guy creeps me out. His plastic, placid, plastered smile looks like a malicious Ken doll.

I can’t decide which one of you guys I like more. You all bring something to the table. Scotts hilarious , and his voice is calming. He’s the most chill and comfortable in his profession. Greg is obviously blank face military dude who’s confused why anyone does anything idiotic which is also hilarious 😂 Greg is also appreciated because of his international and intercultural experience. It’s meaningful to me that he’s had experience among Arabic speakers. I study Arabic language also. It’s a beautiful language and people from Arabic speaking cultures are wonderful. I’m sure he knows that. Chase is tan daddy with the baby face and super adorable. He’s also the primary one who reference other professionals and studies outside of the panel. Probably smarter than he looks (not that he looks dumb) I just mean he’s probably a closet nerd who loves to play call of duty (probably Scott too) Mark is the seasoning tho cuz his English accent is always so nice. And he articulates his messages through fabulous vocabulary (as Britt’s do) and body language. He’s endearing and also super hilarious. There’s more but I know people hate reading long comments. I just can’t say who is my favorite. Sometimes I think I have a favorite and then in a new video I think I have a different favorite. You’re all awesome.

Speaking of being danger. The first falsehood was about stealing a checkbook from his Mother’s care client. Bought $750 in clothes and shoes. The Brazilian authorities dropped the case for some reason, probably because the DOJ wanted to have their day with him before deporting him back to Rio to face those charges

An international economist once told me he hated travel to Brazil because "it is socially acceptable to lie in that country". My experience with Brazilian immigrants is that they all have said the come from very wealthy families, yet they were working as servers in restaurants. Just was my own personal experience.
