Excuse me whats this box breathin and you dont know who is the inventor of this? This is clearly anulom vilom and left nostril breathing is chandrabhedi pranayam. Being an indian atleast you are expected to give credit to our own ancient knowledge. Whats this coloniality we suffer all the time.
