    Video summary: RE-TRAIN your system to sleep. Select any one time you are comfortable waking up at and get out of bed at that time. For 10 days. It doesn't matter what time you slept at the previous night. Push yourself, even if you are tired. After 10 days, you won't even need an alarm. Your body will adapt to get into deep sleep.

    I wake up around 3 am to go to the toilet and then find it hard to go back to sleep. 8 end up looking at my phone, reading the news etc until am sleepy again after about an hour.

    Recently I changed to going to bed an hour earlier and getting up an hour and a half earlier. My mood is better but I suffer from fatigue and that is the same. Good video 👍

    Luke, I am facing this sleep problem as well. Today when I heard your message, it gave me some hope. As you said I do wake up to an alarm every morning at 6 am, but I do not sleep well at all. I go to bed at 10 or 11 but I wake up at 1 or 2 am and am awake for 2 hours sometimes. I am now going to do exactly as you said. I will go to bed at whatever time and wake up to an alarm and not take my afternoon nap and see how that works for me. Thank you for this method.

    My therapist suggested the exact same thing - fix time to wake up and not necessarily bedtime. But the thing is next day I always wake up in between - after say 3-4 hours and this doesn't let me fix my schedule

    Absolutely true. I have chronic Insomnia. I am on sleeping tablets. I hate taking them.,but I need to take something natural to fall asleep. It's d worst feeling when I can't sleep. I been to so many doc n physiologist but to no help. Pls Dr. Luke pls can u help. I am going thru this for about 30yrs, yes correct 30yrs. Melatonin didn't even help. God bless you Dr Luke

    Great luke! Just a thing :- My mother mostly has a sedentary lifestyle so she for the most of day and afternoon lies to rest on the bed. Even if she does this for the next 10 days she will sleep in the afternoon. What to do?

    Great video. What about sleep breaking because of nursing babies. V wake up atleast once every 3 hours even at night. Getting back to sleep is a task then

    I am trying to go to bed early on 10pm since after COVID I can't do it. If I tired sleep 12am still I can't sleep. Early morning sleep I can't wake up. I really want to wake up in morning 8am. My mind not alart at all until I finished my sleep 2pm. Sometime I wake up 10am but I can't do anything in a day. I am reaserch and trying, but I couldn't make it until. It is everyday hard for me and trying different things and another week I need to find something else.. Not works I am so tired of my sleep routing. Special hard to wind down

    But if you want to be a success, pass exams you need to push it. I did a 5am this morning. Feeling like crap of course. But I need to fix a bug customers were waiting impatiently for. Animals sleep well because a lot of them make vitamin C. Like 10 - 20 grams a day, that's why they sleep well and poo well. I have given people large doses of vit C (2-5gm) and some claim they get sleepy faster.
