A small, miniscule proportion will lie, steal and deal corruptly! Just remember the gene pool they choose police officers from is the same one we are all raised within!

The police have been violating my constitutional rights my whole life and because of that, I now have a criminal record. This cost me my job in HiTech. I was in Fresno about 15 years ago with my semi truck car hauler and had to sit on the side of the road to deliver a car for a veteran just getting out of the service after 12 years and the cops gave me 5 tickets 3 for my truck and 2 for the veterans car they sat across the street for 35 minutes while watching me take the car off my trailer and as soon as the car was off they came over and started harassing me about not being in a safe location and not having enough rear facing lights I took all 5 tickets to court the veteran and his lawyer showed up and I got all 5 tickets dropped and was paid $1,900.00 for lost work to stay in California an extra 6 days to go to court

You struck a major nerve with this female cop. She wanted to go hands on SO BAD, you can see it in her face.

The female cop has too much pride. Without a badge and gun, she would've walked away immediately.

As a cop you have to know how to handle this. Need to be aware that these tests are out there. A lot of cops are used to giving orders and that got the best of her. She struggled with the situation. She bit the bait. I’m sure she’s a bad ass also but she definitely didn’t pass the test in flying colors.

What’s sad about all this is the fact that American Patriots feel the need to do these types of audits but IMHO they are warranted, yeah I know, they may seem silly and all, but they do serve for a greater good. Police for a long time have been allowed to over steps their constitutional bonds and if we the people don't stand up and hold them accountable then who will, if you think government or the courts will protect you then I have some swamp land in Washington DC for sale, and oh by the way, you might be delusional. I don't like the idea that these guys have to do these operations but I am glad they do, on another note, we also need to remember, cops are people too and they just like most of us have been misguided and ill-informed, however just following orders is never a good excuse for them, do I need remind you of NAZI Germany. Yeah, those who refuse to learn and understand history are doomed to repeat it. However, perhaps a better way to help educate these cops on their constitutional obligations to We The People a better way might be to setup meetings with them and have a conversation rather than embarrassing them as this just puts them on the defensive right off the bat, just remember, COPS are people too and they just like most Americana have all been hoodwinked over time though the use of propaganda and manipulation, as well as misinformed, unlawful governmental criminals who lobby for their own interest instead of the interest of “We The People, but ” I don’t know the answer, all I do know is that persuasion though educated kindness works a lot better than embarrassment. Just something to think about. But in either case, thanks for all you do to educate.

I agree with the comment below about the fact that cops use baiting tactics to expose criminals. It follows that citizens have the right to bait cops to find corrupted and bad cops. The officers in this video clearly wanted to exert there power and anger on the cameramen. The sense of frustration displayed in there speech and body language made it perfectly clear that they were dealing with the situation on a personal level. They were unable to muster the moral character necessary, to back down or admit that in accordance with the law the KZreadrs were doing nothing illegal. The problem they had was the contradiction between the desire to put the videographers in jail for not bowing to authority, and the lack of probable cause or crime, that was preventing them from carrying out there wish to do so. THE LAND OF THE FREE? Really ??

They have this big problem we’re they believe that they have all the power over citizens even if you haven’t broken a law they may start out to work for the public but that changes very quickly they become rude and power hungry

Sometimes a 1st amendments auditor chooses to use rudeness when dealing with police while conducting an audit. Tulare County Cop Watch does not always use this tactic as evidenced by the many videos he posts on this channel. You may view the rudeness tactic as outright meanness and disrespect, and it is. But the rudeness has a purpose. It's designed to elicit a response to test to see of the police continue to act in a professional and calm manner, to determine if they will resort to any retaliatory behavior, if they are knowledgeable of a citizen's civil rights, if they can maintain a calm situation and continue to try to deal with the entire situation professionally from start to end. It's great to have police that act courteously and respectful under normal conditions, but it is more important that police can maintain a professional demeanor and do not become harnessing or vindictive when they come under emotional pressure or feel their authority is being disrespected. I'm sure it's an unpleasant experience for them but, frankly, they are suppose to be trained and are paid very well to deal with unpleasantness subjected from a wide variety of people and situations. There never was a police officer draft that forced them to become police officers; They voluntarily signed up to become one. Police officers should be expected to perform their job in professional controlled non-vindictive manner at all times.

zzyzxRDFwy15 not wrong but when you think about what is the ultimate goal of these audits, what do you think is more effective in reaching common ground between law enforcement and the public, being a berating instigating asshole or a respectful communicator? I mean when someone calls in a complaint, if it’s valid or not is immaterial, they have a duty to check it out. They also have a right to ask your name and to ask you not to film. They don’t have the right to demand either in this situation which I didn’t see happen.
