that's not correct. just because you have legal rights doesn't mean you should exercise those rights. you agree with that, right? no one does something because it's their legal right to do it. they do things either because they want to do what they know is right, or they want to do what they know is wrong. it's not hating someone to point out the facts, which is exactly what the cop did when he reported the guy was just trying to get a reaction. so the question isn't whether he's exercising his legal rights. he's either doing what he knows is right. or he's a mental idiot making excuses for doing what he knows is wrong. it's his choice. it's always a choice

I had to become re-educated because the institution of law enforcement has changed so much. 45 years ago the cops wrote tickets and arrested people, sure, but they were usually there to help, instead of treasure hunting for an offense that hasn't happened. These videos will help you understand. I have mixed feelings about auditor videos, and much prefer real life encounters. Americans need to take back the police.

When I was a security guard (briefly) at a truck stop. My job was to observe and report, period. Some of my fellow guards wanted to act like cops, and they did and occasionally got their asses kicked. I was fired for statements I made to the police regarding a fight between a trucker and one of our security guards. Before they fired me, they gave me a reprimand for not trying to stop the fight. The reprimand was helpful in getting unemployment.

@Darrell Boswell They don't have to fuck with him at all because he didn't break a law. I didn't see him get arrested. Quite the opposite, they all had leave and he kept doing exactly what he wanted to do.
