Chances are she does know. She is power tripping and makes up the rules as she goes so can relieve frustration and anger on the public. She figures nobody will argue with her. I can see why there are some that can become angry when there are those that seem to be recording to illicit a response so they can recite constitutional law for no apparent need other than video “likes”. There are also those that have true concern for abuse of power and want to bring to light those that try to use a position of authority to intimidate, persuade and initiate a desired response to possibly give probable cause for further investigation. There is this video that makes it appear they are demonstrating the same methods on law enforcement to give them an idea of what it’s like to be guilty until proven innocent.

U knw, blk female cops can B tha most harshest, definitely when it comes to blk males, from my personal experience. I recall a situation when cops was calld on some guys panhandling n front of a store, which is against the law, if u dnt have permission or a license to do so, but wht I heard tha blk female cop say to them disturbed me. She put words n someone else mouth, by saying " dnt u knw these people HATE y'all, cause of wht u doing!" 🤯 I was shocked, cause even if tht was expressed, I felt it was inappropriate, for an officer to repeat. I think she should've known better, if tht wasn't how she felt personally.
