@@laurieswiftactually I wasn't regular due to school but by eating healthy food like in breakfast a nutrious shake a normal lunch and a glass of milk as dinner a great amount of water. I was 66 on 29 sep and today it's 8 October I lost 1.5 kgs . I used to drink tea twice a day that's why I didn't get the result I wanted .

Also a tip for calorie burning and weight loss, there’s not an exercise that specifically targets belly fat so my advice is to eat healthy with some non healthy things to balance it out and focus on cardio, you can go on a 20-40 minute walk which will help a lot

I did all of them for 5 minutes and this was my progress for those of you who want to know if it’s worth your time: Day 1: 127 ib Day 2: 127 ib Day 3: 125 ib Day 4 I did it for 8 minutes: 123 Day 5: 122 Overall it did work and I lost 5 pounds if I did it for longer I would lose much more. It is worth your time :)

Hey everyone I'm a 20 year old who has epilepsy and my medication causes severe weight gain and on top of that i have depression so i usually have little to no motivation at times to do things because if it I've tried for almost a decade to lose weight but nothing never worked not working out or going on diets and I'm praying this will help me because i don't want to result to surgery or anything like that i am currently 180 my goal is to reach 120 by October ( my birth month) wish me luck!!! and I'll keep updated (remind me in the comments because I'll likely forget lol) UPDATE : Day 1 i felt great i didn't feel too over worked or too underworked felt good and felt like it was working Day 2 : i really wanted to do two sets and it felt a little hard but decided to keep pushing a little since one set felt a tiny bit easy Day 3: i was sick from flu so decided to skip. :( Day4: (Today) still a bit sick but working out made it feel better and i don't know if it's the workout yet or the flu that i feel a little bit smaller in my stomach. Day 5: took a break

Drink hot water how much u can survive and after 10 minutes do exercise for atleast half hour and do walking for half hour one hour daily exercise.... results :- glowing skin health body weight maintenance

Ima do these to not waste your time Day 1 i weighed 72.8 kg I'm 12 and I'm 5'6 I am also eating healthy I can feel the burn and it hurts on my legs but I see major improvements very fast even after doing these ONCE A DAY which is crazy Day 2 71.8 kg I LOST A WHOLE KILOGRAM OOO anyway heres what I ate 1 cucumber red Rice banana and seaweed and ate som cheaps for Final and a small Bowl of cereal Day 3 71.3 kg amazing oooooo Day 4 71.3 kg Still I did eat alot today hehe if I didnt eat alot I would be maybe 70.7 kg Day 5 anyway i quit due to the 2nd exercise my balls hurt... alot so in the end I lost ALMOST 2 kg Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 I'll keep yall updated!! Also tell me if I should add more days!!

Day #1 I’m not sure how many days I’m supposed to do this for but it felt good it didn’t feel to hard or to easy I don’t really feel anything different but it’s the first day so it’s not that surprising I’m going to also try to eat healthier tomorrow because I did this late at night

Day #2 well I kind of missed some days because I was super busy 😅 but I’m kind of going to refresh this and call this day “1” it felt similar to the first time I did it and I hope it changes up for both summer and my cruise!

You can hurt yourself doing #2 that fast. All of these should be slow, controlled motions for maximum effectiveness and to reduce the risk of injury.
Honestly if you really wanna lose belly fat without doing much exercise you just have to drink allot and I mean ALLOT of water and try to eat healthy foods and try to walk allot or do fun things! If you do this for 6-8 months you should be losing allot of belly fat my sister did this and she has her dream body I didn’t need to do it because I’m already in shape

guys I can assure you this works because I was 108.2 lbs, but now I'm 100.5 lbs, I recommend doing these for 5-9 mins for best results earlier
