1/2 kilo pork sirlion or tenderloin, sliced thinly
1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 cup Kikkoman Oyster flavored sauce
2 Tbsp chinese wine or cooking wine
1 tsp white pepper
1 cup AA or Cassava Starch
10 cups pork stock ( water + 2 pork cube)
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 cup AA or Cassava starch with 1 cup water
Scallions / green onions
Options:
Eggs
Noodles
