Ingredients
Pork
1/2 kilo pork loin or kasim
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
3 to 4 tbsp potato starch
Soup
2.5 liters of water
Salt and pepper
2 to 3 tbsp of potato starch dilute with water for thickening the soup
Garnish with fried onions and sibuyas dahon
