@Big Phaith, what is weird, is your math skills. A chicken breast like that in the video, is about 150 grams, 200 tops. Even if there were 30 different ways to cook chicken in the video, that still wouldn't be even close to 40 pounds, which equates to roughly 20 kilos. Cos a pound is just a smidge below a half kilo. So even if we take 30 different ways to cook chicken, that still only comes out to about 6 kilos, or roughly 12 pounds. Not even half of 40 pounds, but nice joke, I guess. Just not the best math in it, though. But I could be completely wrong, too. Cos I haven't counted how many chicken breasts he used in the video, and I'm not gonna. But I'm still pretty sure, it's not as much as 40 pounds, though. Cos then, there would have to be about 60 ways to cook chicken in this video, and I really don't think so. But have a very nice day, and please don't think I'm hating on you, cos that's not the case. Chicken is...but not 40 pounds of it, I think. 👍😆

I never cook a chicken breast without pounding it. Not absolutely flat, but to soften the muscle fibers and make the shape more amenable to certain types of cooking. Comes out much better. Plus, I often shred it into at least two servings in the process, and also take the opportunity to clean out the cartilage at the same time. Gristle is my kryptonite.

You can use milk and flour as a batter for chicken breast instead of eggs if you do not have them :) What I do is I cut the breast in two, so you have two peices, then I take the largest of the two, and slice it horizontally. That now gives me 3 peices of meat. I can then put each meat into a bag, and pound them with a hammer, until they are larger, then I massage flour into them, dip them in milk on both sides, then back into the flour, on the third time, I sprinkle bread crumbs, then fry them in olive oil, so it makes 3 large chicken fried steaks, instead of one. Serve with mashed potatoes, corn, peas and gravy, as well as bread :)
