Hotdogs don’t have to be simple, you can class them up all summer long with this Rhubarb and radish relish. The caramelized onions are built right into the relish making this tangy sweet and sour relish perfect with some good yellow mustard. Mangia!
Chef Inspired Events Rhubarb Relish
2T evoo
2lbs yellow onions
2t canola oil
1/2t coriander seeds
1t mustard seeds
3-4 whole cloves
1 1/2lbs rhubarb
1/2lb radish
1t chopped garlic
2T brown sugar
1/2c rice vinegar
1T molasses

    Gonna try this one too. Grill season is on! How would it last in the fridge by your estimation? Being pasteurized and with the vinegar. A week?

    I would say at least a week, or can it. We use our vaccuum suck machine and freeze it in servings that work for us
