Chinese restaurants deep fry their green beans for this famous side, but as long as you start with fresh green beans you can steam them or microwave them covered, just don’t over cook them, just cook them through then add them to the wok with oil and tons of fresh garlic, never that jarred shit. Fresno chilis are extra special if you can get them. Mangia!
