I used to do 100m sprints, a minute each 100m, with the remainder of the minute to rest. Then go again. Start off with 8 - 12 x 100m (3 times a week), and then add 2-4 more reps each following week. A good method to improve your longer distance run times. IMHO

have a big question, for those of us who cannot find, or afford Grass fed beef/meat .. Are we harming oirselves more than the benifits, by buying normal supermarket beef ? Im aware of antibiotics and hormones in beef which is standard practice, I have found meat (Greece) that is not grass fed, but is antibiotic and hormone free ? Is it still worth embracing carnivore if this is the only source of beef available? Many thanks regards from Greece 🇬🇷

Dr Berry says that most beef are raised on grass anyway and grain fed for a few weeks before slaughter so he reckons grain finished beef is still really good for you. I prefer the taste of grain finished beef and it also seems to have more fat.

Nothing to worry about, beef belongs to the ruminant family of animals which have 4 stomach chambers to properly digest the food.If there's something to worry about, that would be plants, especially the ones that are sprayed with glyphosate, pesticides and incecticides which is the majority of them by the way.

What put Baker on the map on social media back in 2016/2017 was that he was setting world records in rowing while eating only meat. In short, he was doing something that everyone said was too hard while following a diet that everyone said was crazy, all while posting proof on social media. Intense physical activity has always been a part of his advocacy for healthy living and the carnivore diet.
