I've been waiting for you to do this crazy murderous couple! I was incarcerated with her at Maryland Correctional Institute for Women. We were on B-East (one of the housing units) and I got to know her a little bit better. She's definitely a strange one. You can see her darkness, she doesn't try to cover it up, like some murderers act like an angel in front of family, but their real personality comes out being locked up like a caged animal. It's sad but true. It was the worst experience in the world, I promised myself that I would never go back and I would complete my parole! And that's exactly what I did. I've been out for 10 years and off parole for 8 years.

Always amazed at how at times, poorer folk, in need, find responsibility to be their best asset and get stimulated into success in spite of their early life setbacks and that at times, those for whom we may expect successful careers thanks to their cushy and financially resourceful upbringing end up wanting to see what being bad feels like for a change. very sad truth yet great achievement for those who choose be on the straight and narrow in life.

My late husband & I were on vacation in Biloxi, Miss & met a couple on the beach. We hung out all afternoon, went to dinner together & then to a Casino. They insisted on paying for EVERYTHING because they had just "sold some property for a half million $". They invited us up to their suite in the Casino's hotel. By then, I was tired & had a headache so we declined. We went back to our hotel & agreed to meet for lunch the next day. We waited at the restaurant, called them repeatedly, but never got answer. We just said "Oh Well" & went on about our vacation. The following morning, we saw a news report that the couple had been arrested. Turns out, they had stolen her Uncle's (who was in Hospice care) Mercedes, Credit Cards, thousands of $ in cash, & valuables from his house including several guns!! They were out living it up while her Uncle was dying of Cancer. That was over 17 years ago & I STILL can't eat Shrimp Scampi. That's what they bought me for dinner that night & I can't even think about it without feeling queasy! 😝 Just ANOTHER reminder to be careful who you befriend on vacation!!

Survival tip. When faced with a situation like that couple, trapped in the bathroom, don't let "The window won't open" or anything else keep you from doing the one thing that could give you a fighting chance. FLIP COMPLETELY OUT. Grab that lid off the toilet and bust that window. IS there a shower curtain rod?, rip it off, bust that bathroom mirror and grab a nice long shard of glass with a wash rag. GO NUTS, throw stuff out the window to make noise, scream out that broken window to make noise, If they did kill me it would be with me hanging halfway out that window or I'd take a lot of their hair and skin with me. You will either make it or you wont, it may take you 3 days of breathing exercises to "Come down" from the adrenaline rush. But NEVER let the fear freeze you, instead, let it explode inside you. Kick scream bite thrash and spin around like a Tasmanian devil but never stop and look around you and think "oh no what do I do", DO ANYTHING and EVERYTHING except stand still.

Your absolutely right I was thinking the same thing but then again you never really know how you would react unless you went thru it. They had been drinking and doing drugs all night. Who knows how coherent they even were. They could have been trying to fight for their lives while puking their guts out from too much alcohol or gone in a haze with a mixture of laced weed an alcohol barely able to even stand or even walk. They could have been going in an coming out of consciousness from the drugs an alcohol. We don’t know how effed up they really were. From the accounts of the other people who were almost victims it seems like this couple would pretend to get shit faced with another couple an get them fucked up. Then once they get back to the condo surprise, we are actually close to sober an tricked you an you can’t defend yourself cause your as fucked up as we were just pretending to be to trap you. This was premeditated. These people were predators, monsters. They chose them out an lured them into a trap. Every drink they bought for them, every hit they passed to them got them closer to their goal. Be careful who you get fucked up with. I’m wondering if they hadn’t already done this before, multiple times but were never caught

Paxil isn’t an anti anxiety medication, it’s an SSRI which is used to treat depression. In contrast, Xanax is a benzodiazepine; these are two different classes of medications. I’ve been prescribed Paxil, it has no immediate relief for acute anxiety like Xanax although some doctors prescribe Paxil to treat anxiety disorders, which it may benefit the individual being treated. For panic attacks however, taking Paxil will provide no immediate benefit.

The reason I know a lot about this case is bc my now wife was a hooters girl at the exact hooters at the exact time of this happening. Actually the one hooters girl in the picture with Erika is a photographer now and was the person we hired to do our pictures at our wedding. AND since I live there, I knew some people who knew some people who got me into the exact unit they committed the crime at the Rainbow, I’ve actually seen the real crime scene (after the cops investigation but before they did the repairs) and Josh and Marta were dismembered in the bathroom (in a giant hot tub size bathtub) where they were killed. I didn't know her very well but had spoken on the phone with her before in that capacity. But some of the folks I worked with knew her very well and dealt with her on a regular basis. Geney had even been on a couple of work outings with our agency. This murder hit them hard. It's very shocking and awful what happened to the two of them. I went to rehab for Xanax addiction. Just want to say it makes absolutely no sense to snort Xanax. In fact I'de say snorting alprazolam does absolutely nothing as those pills are not soluble in the nose and therefore insufflation is probably the worst way to administer the drug.

It boggles my brain how people allow themselves to escalate to this level of insanity. But the more we feed the darkness in our mind, the thicker and darker it grows, until it finally chokes out the light altogether.

This country hero worships military and cops. I just watched another case where a man obviously abused his wife for years, physically. Then she turned up dead via gunshot wound to the back of her head, and the guy, former military managed to convince the jury it was an accidental discharge and reduced charge. People need to realize that service people are just people. And a lot of them join the service because they want to cause harm.

That’s still crazy to me what he said about the navy seals. 160 people tried and ONLY 18 people completed it.. that’s insane. That just shows you how tough and hard it is to actually get through that shit. I’m pretty sure it’s like the hardest elite unit you can go into. It’s harder than the marines, from what I’ve heard and this dude completed it just to throw ALL of it away by murder. Pretty sad honestly. No priorities in life or morals. Went through literal HELL training as a navy seal and actually got through it then does this🤦‍♂️ what a waste

She never would’ve been there without him. He was determined to kill people. He was an adrenaline junkie who got off on it. She needs to never get out and she’s a nut and she’s disgusting, but she found somebody that was insecure about her physical appearance, and all he did was tell her she was ugly. He cheated on her, he abused her. And she bought into it and she’s responsible for her actions, but so is he.
