Brendt Christensen : An Ordinary Monster
Brendt Christensen believed he was the most successful killer since Ted Bundy. He thought he great at killing, that's why he bragged about his first victim, Yingying Zhang, and got himself caught.

@Apophis "Oh no" all right, that on your most special of days a most disgusting crime was committed. The annals of true crime have yielded not only 1 (11/20/01) in my case but an earlier horror exactly a year before. "Great, just great." 🤬 However, on the opposite of these dark-side crimes there have been occasions when my b'day has been when some measure of justice - from arrests to convictions - have taken place, & I will keep you in mind when 6/9 shows up under that heading. 🌟 But with it having been long established that the rottenness wrapped in human hides that rape & kill women & children are ... somewhat less than warmly regarded on the inside, we can take grim satisfaction in the knowledge that this complete idiot is not having the time of its life in the prison setting. Leave us to muse with vicious glee on the tables being karmically turned on Th(is) Damn Thing, in as many humiliating ways as its cohorts can contrive, which are Plenty & To Spare. "I feel better already!" 🫡

@M.C. CheddarBox That revelation alone sent me into anguished weeping mode, their pain at not only losing their daughter - some accident or other would have been bad enough - but at the mitts of this indescribable lunatic, leaving them in ruins, both broke me down & riled me up. They wouldn't have to ask me if I could apply the death penalty in such cases - I'm already there since I was just 8, reading of a 9-yo girl (my middle sister's age) being tortured & scalded to death by the very THINGS she came from, which launched me into such intense grief that I could just scream into my Granny's cradling arms "I want them DEAD!" long before I knew of such an actual penalty. That THIS escaped the noose is just another in a wearying line of likewise failures, but that 1 way or the other it will never get out except its dirty body in a pine box & its bloodsoaked inwards down in the Devil's depths is something from which we can still take comfort as pityless as its crime. I just tearfully wish that we - & more importantly they - did not have to.

I absolutely LOVE the fact that the first lady He tried to trick into getting in the car bluntly said no..sometimes some rudeness & mistrust can be life saving..If you feel uncomfortable about any requests you can & SHOULD simply decline🔥💥
Oh thank heavens....TIM to the no sleep rescue
Rest in peace, angel Yingying. She surely did left very bright and kind mark after her, people will remember her.
Yes sir I been waiting on the master of true crime to do this one!!
I heard about this guy but don't know any details. Thanks for covering the case. Love your content
Born & raised in Urbana (ur-ban-uh). Went to UIUC…and even lived in Orchard Downs as a child. Chilling to see all these familiar places associated with such a dark crime.

I’ve lived in C-U for over ten years and I know each and every one of the places associated with this crime. I have to drive past the apartment complex where he did it almost every day. It makes your skin crawl, knowing that you could have crossed paths with a true monster and you’d never know.
I’ve been away for a while and decided to swing by to catch up. Your channel has grrrooowwwwnn!!! Congrats!
Thank you so much for your excellent videos.
This is Monsters 💗
Thank you for the perspective you chose for the telling of this story.
”this is MONSTERS” - fantastic work you do!
I love the name of the episode! Great vid as always man
This KZread channel has become one of my favorites! The get the F out of here just made my day.
Churning them out Jiles and still amazing quality! Noice 👌🏻
Information at 7:06 is not correct. It was not an FBI agent who noticed the broken wheel rim. It was a campus security guard, who was looking at the footage on his own time, and then he notified the FBI. It was stated in several news articles about how this hero security guard was how they cracked the case.
Thank you for your professional videos. Your research and hard work are clearly evident. South Dakota
Thanks for sharing ❤
Another great upload! This guy is really a Monster.
It's always shocking that a man that seems normal can decide to slaughter a young lady. That is what makes these cases so astounding. Just the normalness of it.
Thank you so much for posting this! Was about to get off and go to sleep but now I'm throwing a little TIM party 🎉

I love your great work! I've been interested in true crime story’s for a long time and here are always cases that I don't even know about and I'm not even halfway through your videos. Greetings from Austria. Ps: We also have a lot of true crime cases here (Austria/Europe)you could cover. A season about European monsters would also be very interesting.
Monsters is quickly becoming my favorite KZread channel!!! Thanks for the new content 🧨💥🔥💨💯
I love it when the GTFOOH welcome mat makes an appearance. There’s no delivery like Jiles’s delivery! This Is Monsters is set far above the rest.
