James Daveggio & Michelle Michaud : The Minivan Murder
James Daveggio and Michelle were both evil people who fed off of each other. They got excitement from forcing other people to do what they wanted. When that wasn't enough to get them off, they had to escalate their crimes.

You should know, I am at the laundromat at 8:30am. There's three other Women in here, it's quiet except for your video which is on my phone speaker. I made a couple almost moves to turn it down, due to content but I stopped myself everytime. When you said, 'He called the school attendant a 'bald head MF and got kicked out of school,' we all died laughing 😂 I didn't know they were really listening and now we're all finishing the video while we wait for our clothes. Thank you for posting the information about the National Domestic Violence hotline. So many victims feel helpless and don't know what to do. They are very fragile after what they've gone through and they need help from caring individuals that know what they're doing to get past that trauma if in fact they ever can.

It HAD to be James. Why would the mother lie? James probably came home wet and shaking with fear, this was his first murder. Oh and another thing, it sees that initially at least, James wasn't big on killing, he would attack woman but was ok freeing them afterwards. Hes a sick, evil predator who gets off on forcing women into assaults, but i think the drowning of his first gf freaked him out and that wasnt going to be his MO in future. But then he met Michelle.

So sick!! Their own daughters?! True Monsters!!
Ridiculous we haven’t put them down already
A family member of mine worked with Gerald Gallego for a few years in the 70s (while he was actively committing crimes) and also met Charlene. Gerald was a butcher in a grocery store chain, while my family member was the manager of the produce department in the same store location. He said the guy always gave him the creeps, and he knew Gerald was sick in the head, so wasn’t surprised when he found out he and Charlene were serial killers. He (family member) also worked in the other departments in grocery stores (staff did rotations in each department for a few months) so also worked under a butcher, and was disgusted with the job. Says it’s fitting that someone that could handle breaking down a half side of beef bare handed, also committed the acts he did on humans. (Please google the Gallegos for reference on their crimes, they are far too brutal for me to describe.) Also- no hate to any butchers. It is a very skilled job, and unfortunately there are the few people who take advantage of their occupation to learn how to effectively torture people. And some people just aren’t cut out for for the job.

I can't watch this. It's just too much. I hate this man, and his mother who seriously hand waved his depravity away with that "boys will be boys" BS.
Thank you for the hard work you put into your videos. We love you!
Michelle’s mug shots are part of the Faces of Meth campaign from years ago. She does get really scary looking
I live in the valley by Tahoe and I’ve known about this case since I was a little kid because there’s a little red bird house on the side of the hwy 80 where she was found… so heartbreaking…
Suggestion; I've never heard of the couple who unalived ten young women between 1978 and 1980? I'd love to see you do an episode about them. Long time viewer of your channel here!

Oooh! That is a truly brutal one as well!😬 You know I can understand how people can be brainwashed or have Stockholm Syndrome, especially when it’s by a spouse or a family member. These kinds of controlling people usually have personality disorders or are sociopaths and psychopaths. They are without a doubt master manipulators and they can control others through fear, drugs, among other tactics. However, what I can’t understand is how they can have so much control over someone that they would allow themselves to become complicit in such vile and disgusting acts not to mention murder just to please them. It is absolutely sickening! Talk about a life of total depravity!😝🤢
Can you imagine these people as your parents and doing these vile things to you?
I like longer, detailed videos like yours, keep up the good work! 👌

Another Bay Area case I remember all to well. We have such a great reputation here. I just got off jury duty from a three week trial. People whine about our system or being on jury duty. I've been chosen twice. They tossed 40 people before they settled on the twelve of us. You'd be very happy if you were on trial and your lawyer was doing everything they could to save you. Everyone should serve and see exactly how our system works and be very grateful we have it. We found the person guilty after threatening a senator via his website with a rifle. Not the smartest thing to do in this day and age. Especially when he had one to do it with. Thanks for you efforts and solid research. I just can't take some of the stories. I simply don't watch those. Has nothing to do with your exemplary work.

Thank you, Jiles! I've not heard of many of your latest cases. Always interesting, always thorough...we appreciate you!!!
The horrible thing is that Marvin Mutch served 41 years after wrongfully convicted for murder of Cassie Riley... That's in a way another life the monster had taken.
Thank you brotha! Love how respectully you cover these cases that most don't know about.
As always, well done! Thank you! Enjoyed listening!
These two were so horrible
It is truly mind boggling how many of these monster's get away with their crimes. I'm glad that technology has come so far that they can link these monster's with computers. But in a way we have hurt ourselves also by putting people at risk for predators who think that they all people nice. Please watch every time you think you're safe when being on the internet.

We also need more long-term sentences and even Death Penalty sentences. And then we need the GUTS to carry out the DEATH penalty sentences, WITHOUT years of waiting and retrials. IF somebody's absolutely convicted with no doubt of their guilt, they need to be put down like the animals that SOME people are (No disrespect intended to ACTUAL animals.) But some people just shouldn't have children and some people aren't raised right, and they become WORSE than animals. We had to put down a dog who THOUGHT he defending his owner, because he accidentally bit someone who was acting strangely due to medical issues. Humans who kill other humans for sport or other reasons, like THEIR pleasure or convenience, should be required to forfeit their OWN life.

@@suzannenichols6900 We reintroduced the death penalty on a federal level. A death penalty system that has been shown to be 30% wrong i might add and a death penalty system that has never deterred anyone. And the reason death penalty cases take so long to sentence is because of that pesky, damned, legal system. Sounds like you really want to live in an Islamic State. You should try Saudi Arbia or maybe even if not Islamic, North Korea.

@@rullmourn1142 I'm talking about young people who still trust others. They haven't been out in the world too learn how people really are. So they think that people won't take advantage of them. Yes there are people who think that people are nice and that they won't hurt them.
Absolutely sick individuals
You want monsters? Take a look at Paul Bernardo and Karla Homolka!
