    Well it was just a BB gun and a small machete. He probably got more time than for the weapons. I just wonder what he thought he was going to do with the BB gun. I am guessing he thought he would convince whomever it was a real gun but almost anyone familiar with firearms would immediately know the difference, and I'm betting a lot of welders and steelworkers know their guns

    @@wtrdawnlord I wonder if he used that same BB gun when overpowering the family..I’ve seen those used in heinous crimes before, such as the Petit family home invasion in Connecticut. It angers me when people are held against their will AND comply, but are still murdered by the attackers. I wonder in those types of cases what the outcome would have been had the victims overpowered the suspects had they realized it was a BB gun

    You left out the best part of his defense. His lawyer went on like CNN or Foxnews with an argument that he presented as if it was groundbreaking evidence that proved beyond any doubt that his client was completely innocent. That bombshell evidence: that his client came from a country where they don't have pizza, and so his client doesn't even like pizza, so if his client had been holding the family hostage he 100% would not have had them order pizza for dinner, therefore he couldn't possibly have been there. Absolute air tight logic.

    I very clearly recall the horror of this case. Beyond the physical and psychological torture this family went through for hours, they had to know the entire time that comply or not they KNEW this monster who did nothing to conceal his identity. Therefore they knew there was zero chance of surviving the encounter. If I was the husband I think I would have simply refused to give the animal who was going to kill my family a dime. If I recall correctly, the housekeeper who died had switched shifts with the one they told not to come to work, she shouldn’t even have been there. I felt so very sorry for the surviving daughters. Such a complete waste. If he wasn’t already disgusting enough he actually tried to blame his brothers. His brothers weren’t choir boys but they absolutely were not depraved monsters. Thank heavens for DNA and forensics

  • @TwoBs

    @TwoBs

    Wow, it’s one thing to try and blame someone else when you do something wrong, but to actually try and blame murder and torture on your _brother_ ? Now that is pathetic. Can’t even be a man to admit what he did (which let’s be real, no man does this to another to begin with, notably a family), but has to point the finger somewhere else because he knows deep down what he did was wrong and was scared to face consequences- as I said: absolutely pathetic.

    The thing that is wrong with the death penalty is it takes so long with appeals and all and taxpayers are paying for it all.....so I wonder if it is cheaper to give these monsters life without parole...just saying. Thank you Jules...love your voice.😎👍🙋

    The death penalty is a scam to suck money from taxpayers. There are attorneys involved the entire time he’s waiting to die. Guess who pays them? Every time this piece of shit goes to court the taxpayer pays everybody that’s involved! The judge, bailiff, stenographer, clerks, security…etc. You get the idea. Back in the 40s a death sentence was usually carried out within 18 months of the conviction! Today criminals have more rights than law abiding citizens!

    It's because these guys use the threat of death and violence on people they love to control them. It's cliche and some say cringe to talk to your family and have a plan or set expectations for extraordinary situations like this. I don't want my son to see me murdered in front of him or vice versa but we both agree that if that seems to be outcome we are heading foe....that we'd rather go down fighting and raging against our enemy over just waiting for death. Most of these people are cowards, stupid, soft and self loathing and the last thing they want is a fight or resistance at all. That's why they go to such lengths to give the illusion you're safe. If I lose my life in the process of saving even just one person, I'm coming for ya and I'm gonna be hard to kill buddy lol

    This story broke my heart. They complied to his asinine demands without tipping anyone off yet he killed them all anyway. I don't believe in free will but I often wonder why people like Daron exist in the first place. Why would a god create such a man? He didn't have to because god doesn't have to do anything because he's god! Biologically speaking is this some sort of genetic defect with a potential cure?
