Everytime I listen to these stories it’s crazy to me how much people’s lives are so chaotic. Moving all the time, divorcing, remarrying, changing jobs or not having any, having kids and giving them up, etc. Grateful my parents gave me a “boring” stable life. Giving my kids the same.

My father and his second wife moved us over 70x thru 12 states and I changed schools so much I eventually did not finish and got a GED. My father is on his fourth marriage and has no contact with any of his 5 kids. I never knew my mother. The instability drastically effected my life and mind and I deal with a lot of issues still at 35. I did not live anywhere for even two years consecutively until I was 30 yrs old. Wild ride, for sure. 10/10 recommend the boring life instead! ❤

I can never understand the mindset of parents who fight tooth and nail for custody when they want nothing to do with the children.
