Thank you again, looks like by now Im your fan. But: this time I was a little frustrated. My legs are normal legs and also trained above average, but to hold one leg in the air I got pain in my groin (psoas) after 10/15 seconds, could not find a way to get rid of the pain. What's wrong with my legs/groin/psoas 🙁? But nevertheless, I was able to turn amazingly far at the end and had my personal happy end.

Hi Gob! Thank you for your comment. It is great to hear you have being enjoying lessons. It is really important to remember not to force any movement when doing the lessons and to pay attention to your experience, to stop before you feel any strain. You can always rest whenever you feel the need and return to the movement when you are ready.

Thank you for this lesson. I’m surprised at the increased movement in my upper body turns. Found it difficult to keep track of my breathing, it was a bit downing it’s own thing.

Great, Carol! If you repeat the lesson, you will find it gets easier and easier to follow your breath. But no need to effort or search for it. keep up the good work! www.feldenkraisaccess.com/better-balance

That was great David! Must have this series! I noticed that my body is so loose but my foot doesn’t know how to move with it as I walk around. The feet are gripping to keep my loose upper body steady. Also I bet I could hit a golf ball or a baseball further after this lesson due to that wonderful spiral and the lifting of the spine with the twist.

Wanted to add after the ATM, I lay down again and was so relaxed, so I decided to do another ATM you taught where you lie on the floor on your stomach and I have been doing this one so often that I can now lie on my stomach and even fall asleep which I could never do, so doing this one after that ATM, I was so relaxed that I could do it with even more ease and the movements, could be that much slower!

Absolutely! Don't do any movements that increase you discomfort, and stay well within the range of what is truly easy, but yes. You should be able to do all of the introductory lessons on this KZread channel. Let us know if you have any specific questions. Email: communications@feldenkraisaccess.com
