I love these work outs, I do at least two different combinations, some times three (my favorites) per day. I'm 54 and refuse to let the menopause bulge take over! I regularly do the booty, back of the legs tone it up work outs to target my problem area. Thanks girls for these videos that I can do in my home! 🏋🏻♀️❤👍🏻

This is one of my favorite new routines of yours K&K :) I wanna tell you that one of the main reasons I love your workouts so much is that you use new moves, in addition to sticking with some old classics, and they're not ridiculously complicated! You don't try to re-invent the wheel for EVERY move you make. P90X and Insanity workouts (just to name a few that I've had experience with) sometimes use too complicated moves, and focus highly on jumping/bouncing exercises... and those just aren't for me. I love what you girls do. Stick with it!!

Thanks, I've been working on this since early January and can see some results. I've done all the exercise, but not all the diet. My body is showing how it is changing every day! I have been following yall for a long time and I have done a few of your work outs on here, like this one. I usually do PiYo (takes about 30-45 mins a day). Just doing this work out I would say that I sweat 10x more with this workout than doing more every day workouts. I think I'm gonna have to suck it up and buy your workouts. I never did because of the price but I'm starting to understand why it is so expensive. I hope to learn a lot more from y'all! 💗💋

I feel a little embarrassed asking this (I'm such a klutz! 😂), but do any of you ever feel like the moves are a bit fast? I always feel like I can't do them with enough control, and I lose my balance and ends up falling on my butt...

I totally understand what you mean!! But, thankfully, we have 30 seconds to do each exercise which allows us to do the exercises at our own pace. So, if you can't keep up don't worry about it!! Work at your own pace and when you do this workout again, try doing it faster than you did last time☺️ I know you can do it!!!

Nice to know I'm not alone! Maybe we should just request a "workout for clumsy people" 😂 something nice and slow and sturdy - preferably with no need to balance on any less than two feet!
