This is an amazing total body tone up workout. Tone your entire body in less than 15 minutes.

I loooove this workout. I definitely feel the burn EVERYWHERE. You girls inspire me every since day 💕 Don't know what I'd do without my trainers K&K!
I put this in my playlist and do it often. You definitely get better in time with the running move. Don't give up!

I am trying to get in shape again and this was a killer workout for me. Could not do it all and def did not do them fully but I did all that my body could do and made my fat weep for realz! My goal is in the next 2 weeks be able to do the last 4 mins. lol Then get better on each move. This is one vid i will be doing at once or more each week! Thanks K&K!
