Just have to say that I've been doing this quick routine since being at the end of my first trimester. 1 time a week consistently, up till the end of my third, Today! Worked my way to ten pounds each arm except for Arnold Press. That's 5 but anyways, my arms look SOOO good. Adding this routine into your week is easy and you get results, even when pregnant. CRAZY but true. I was just trying to find safe 10 min workouts while pregnant and thought arms would be perfect, didn't expect the great results. Thank You!

That's great strength! Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but didn't even finish 1 round of this as my arms just gave up! :( I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here

Thanks for this workout!! I love that this is very gym friendly (the other routine I have to go to a room studio or do at home) this one can be done in front of the weights 😉
Looked so easy.... until I tried it! My shoulders are burning! Love it!

Just awesome love from Morroco i take my phone to the gym put headset and just follow every step but i want to ask u sth am so skimny that even 5kg looks so heavy for me i always exercise with only this weight and i want to move to 10 how can i pleaaase answer please

Is there a specific weight for the dumbbells that is recommended for this workout?

Amy Winkler We like using 5-10 lbs but we recommend using whatever weight you can complete the reps with while still using good form! We also love drop sets where you start heavier and drop down to lighter weights!
