This Total Body Tone Up Workout is an amazing total body toning workout!
Total body toning is our absolute favorite because it is so fast and effective ~ in just one routine, you'll sculpt your gorgeous bod from head to toe. And when you push yourself and burn out your muscles during your workout, you majorly boost your heart rate and you'll get that day-long high-energy and rosy glow!     Thank you sooooo much for this workout! 4 years ago I was the fittest I'd ever been, by following your workouts in the Bikini Series. I then fell pregnant with my son who's now 3, and only recently started making time for myself and starting the process of getting properly fit again. This workout has made me feel so happy, confident and motivated, it's brought back the old me and I can't wait to do it again and again. You ladies are inspiring, and make fitness fun! Thank you! x

    Just did it for the first time. I had a day off at home to do laundry dishes meal prep etc. and wanted to squeeze in a quick W.O. before swimming laps tonight. I've been served! I'm exhausted!! LOVE IT! TIU FTW

    Love all of Studio Turn it up work outs. Their easy to learn. Before doing this workout I tried a pop sugar cardio class but 1st exercise was running ladder and they didn't show clearly what you were surposed to be doing with you feet. I got dishearted but tone it up video brought me right back. With exercises I love: plank, squats and bicycle. Loved the flutter kicks with passing weight back and forth.

    Yes I loved this! Reminds me of your older workouts. Perhaps for the new bikini series we could see another 20 minute hiit like hiity bitty bikini. That one was great! Cannot wait to see what you two come up with for the bikini series.
