    Which resistance bands do you recommend? My rest.bands are breaking after stretching so much

    Bodylastics resistance bands have the handles. The resistance bands have clips to attach handles or ankle straps. I own all of the different resistances of the resistance bands. Rubberbanditz bands are loop bands and they won't break out of nowhere because the outer layer peels slowly the longer you've been using them. I own all 6 different resistances of the loop bands. Bodylastics and Rubberbanditz are both durable. I've had them for many years and none of them have broke.
