Arroz negro or Arròs negre is a typical rice dish from Comunitat Valenciana although they cook it in other places (as people cook pasta in other countries apart from Italy). By the way, It is not paella black rice, It is Arroz negro which is cooked un a paella (which is the valencian word for frying pan or sartén).
