Hey there Devan - I can see that you liked this vid from MulliganBrothers (no surprise there, their content is the best, I am also a huge fan)! I make similar motivating content on my channel and, honestly, this year I am trying to make it to 1000 subs (I am 240 ish at the moment) - if you have 2 mins, in the spirit of supporting the smalltime YT community, do you reckon you could check out my latest vids and see whether you would like to support and if you have any tips or advice for me? I know this will seem like spam Devan, but I am trying to genuinely build a loyal audience who enjoy my content! Let me know if you come across and I will reply to any comment 😀Anything like a facebook or reddit share would also help me out massively and literally be the best! Let me know - all the best, MM. 💪🏼
I have to admit Arnold is one of the inspirational people in my life!

I had a dream. At age 37, I decided to start lifting weights. My goal and my dream was 100 kg in bench press before I turned 40. One week before my birthday, I did it .... the tears ran down my cheek ..I could not believe I made it..I went to the gym in 3 years almost everyday with my clear goal.

Saving typically results in you earning a lower return but with virtually no risk. In contrast, investing allows you the opportunity to earn a higher return, but you take on the risk of loss in order to do so. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled retirement.

I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses..
is it weird that I listen to this on repeat at the gym?

I’m a pretty small kid, born with ADHD and almost every one of my elementary school teachers told me I wouldn’t go very far in life. I’ve had to work extremely hard to mature, get more organized, and get a descent work ethic. My grades are just now starting to become around average, and I’m 17. I want to become a movie director when I’m older, and make movies that inspire people. I have a long ways to go, but I’ve also come a very long way. Arnold inspires this small town gal with a dream and her head in the clouds. Thanks Arnold!

I was shot twice in 2000. One of the bullets struck my cervical spine. The doctor and nurses left the operating room and a priest walked in. He asked me if I wanted to confess anything. I ignored him, tried to block out the pain, and focused on not letting my body go into shock. I walked out of that hospital 3 days later. Every day now is precious. Make the most of them. No matter how bad it seems, someone, somewhere, wishes they were as well off as you.

You clear your head of literally everything 2. you ALLOW YOURSELF to fall into DEEP SLEEP as quickly as possible you see, when you're in Deep Sleep you're going to get the most rest that you can, but, it's a question of getting there so. example if you could pop into deep sleep right now. and sleep for like 4 hours and then instantly wake up you'd be fresh and ready to do anything. but, time is wasted getting into deep sleep and getting out of it ask any doctor who specialises in this they will tell you the same thing

People will always put you down. Doesn't matter who they are, or what you're trying to achieve. I'm planning to go back to college this year and do a course, and my Grandfather laughed the idea off and suggested I just try to find work instead. He doesn't care that getting any old job will be incredibly difficult and extremely unrewarding due to me being what is classed as unskilled labour. But I'm still going for my course, because at the end of the day: If I don't, I'll be the one that suffers; Not my Grandfather or anyone else that currently laughs at me. I tell you this: They won't be laughing when I graduate. They certainly won't be laughing when I'm raking it in. But they will be laughing if I give up, and carry on struggle to find menial work. Now go, my friend; Go and prove 'em all wrong!

Welsh Warrior98 The people that put you down, are the people that are terrified you just might have what it takes to achieve more than they ever could (In whatever direction you are aiming) they cannot have you outperforming them or making something of yourself now , can they? ......... Fuck `em... every time you simply cannot lift one more time, when your body is screaming, the sweat is pouring, your lungs are bursting.... just recite something they called you, or said to you, or laughed about..... then bust out another set!
There is no one like arnold. I feel tears when i watch this .
Arnold is an inspiration! Not just for the gym and fitness, but his words transcend to life. I can listen to him talk for hours. His words sound great with the music sound track but he can just talk and talk and talk all by him self ...lol JUST LIKE THE ROCK TODAY.
He succeeded thru so much rejection. He was so determined. Brilliant and inspiring!

Every time I lose my faith, my heart, which I get tired of studying to be someone, I remember Arnold and everything he teaches about never giving up and not fearing failure. Thank you Arnold. For me, you were the greatest athlete of all time.
Arnold's such a inspirational person his voice and tone makes you want to be just as and even better than him he truly is the greatest in my opinion.
I found this video the day before an operation. I had just split with a girl, had depression so bad that I didn’t get up most days. Stayed in bed. I had depression so bad over a 4 years that it stopped me from living life. Lost all my gains to not going gym and lost everything. I gained weight. Didn’t Work. This video motivated me. I found this video and really looked deep down to sort out my life. I had an operation a day prior to finding this. with lack of sleep and depression in mind. set myself a small goal of “ getting up the next day to make myself a coffee after surgery. that was my small goal. No matter how hard it had got to that point this motivated me to get up and make myself a coffee. Small goals make way for bigger goals. But staying in bed all day is unhealthy. Why do I want go go on with life? What’s my vision? Because as it said, People don’t become successful overnight. So to get myself back to how I wanted, I had to take small goals. Small victories. The day after I did get up. Did make myself A coffee. Did stand there lost instead of staying in bed lost. But it got me up an got me out of bed. I gym regular now. I motivated myself enough to get the help I needed, I rang for help, went for therapy. . I did what I did because I pushed myself with small goals in mind. Now I’m in the best shape I’ve been in a long time. I lift regularly. I have a vision now and a goal to get aesthetic. I had a girl tell me today that I look good. That is a big boost to where I come from. Just remember that you have the time and you make the time. Start with small goals. People don’t become something over night. So Something as simple as making a coffee to get you out of bed is enough to change you into doing something. Something that doesn’t involve staying in bed. I started running but Had Bad back from staying in bed over 4 years so I walked, went for walks. I pushed myself no excuses. I stared walking to get myself out. No running. I started cycling months back. And did a 17 mile cycle ride. I look back a this video years later and remember where you came from. And how bad it got. Nothing gets harder than life. But you can change.
I always come back to this video when I have a craving and it kicks me up the arse to stay committed
I watch this before I hit the gym. makes you believe that what your doing has a purpose.

Arnold is the most motivating Man in Humans life. Period!
One of the greatest human beings of the last century+. Not from his body building, his acting career, his political career, his work ethic, his achievements, his charisma, his attitude towards others; but because of everything💪🙏

I often struggle with sleep. After hearing Arnie, I wonder if it's because I slack off too much. If I worked harder, wouldn't I be tired enough to sleep? And if I was motivated enough, wouldn't I be getting straight up after sleep?

Terrible Tanner but Arnold was on steroids. A natty needs 7-9 hours of sleep. Steroids literally reduce recovering time and makes you have ridiculous gains. Rich Piana mentioned in a video that a steroid user should train 6 days a week. A natty should train 4-5 days a week. But even if natty, should train 6 days a week but sleep much more than steroid users
I'm still 15, Im a skinny kid. I'm weak, I'm constantly reminded of my appearanc eby my mirror. But I have a vision. I want to have the best body, I want to be the best, feel great. So I started picking up weights a few months ago. Since lifting weights, I gained 10kg. Not joking. I ate lots. Trained 4 days of week. "Shocked" the muscles. I'm feeling great, I can see my triceps for the first time, and I can see my abs as well. If you have a dream of achieveing the dream body, don't hesitate. Don't be scared of the gym all the big dudes, in fact, many of the big dudes commend me for overcoming my fear to go to the gym. Never give up.

Hey there Jared - I can see that you liked this vid from MulliganBrothers (no surprise there, their content is the best, I am also a huge fan)! I know this will seem like spam Jared, but I am trying to genuinely build a loyal audience who enjoy my content! Let me know if you come across and I will reply to any comment 😀Anything like a facebook or reddit share would also help me out massively and literally be the best! Let me know - all the best, MM. 💪🏼
Life is all about priorities. Thnx for making motivational videos.
I dont know why is so difficult for people to go out for only 1 hour or 2 to exercise, like why can u play game for 10 or 5 hours a day and u can't exercise, u go to school for 8 hours depending on the country u do all of those things but exercise is the hardest thing? I know is hard for some people but i cant understand why.

There is no shortcut, there is only hard work and that's how it need to be done. Noone see the hard stuff, most of people see only the finnal results. The great power is in the every single day, which bring use 1 step closer to our goals, repeated over and over again. Arnold is pure Love and passion!
When people ask me why I go to the gym, I tell them it's simple. It's because I have no reason not to! If you want to do something you'll find a way but if you don't, you'll find an excuse. I get tired and feel unmotivated sometimes, but I keep telling myself that if I quit now that won't help me getting closer to my goal, it's been almost a year since I've started training I feel so proud of myself, I am so full motivated and I will keep going, this comment was written from the bottom of my heart I feel like I can do anything with hardwork and motivation, if you guys spent enough time reading this comment reply if you want to keep you all updated I'll come here every once in awhile and I wanna be able to read this comment after years and be even more proud. I'm a 17 year old guy who's working for my dream body until i hit 20! NOTHING CAN STOP ME!!!
He is really the greatest bodybuilder of all time.
