Somebody pls let me know about the breathing. I do the cold and have fun to do progress on a daily base but the breathing i dont get. No matter how deep or how slow or fast i breath nothing happen apart from longer periods of not breathing. But almost no effects of vibration, seeing lights or having an oxygen high. The oximeter also doesnt show changing oxygen concentration.

Pulling & Pushing reminds me of this idea: Happiness, joy, sadness, etc, comes from only one place, no one or nowhere but the inner self in an adult (who has barriers, children do not for learning purposes) - Like what Sadhguru says, allowing someone or something else to control how you feel & your behavior is the worst kind of slavery - your inner self should be in control of your body & mind, regardless of anything on the outside of your inner self. We can only control ourselves, not others (no pushing or pulling).

What I do not understand is why if he is so healthy his skin is not well? He looks like he's 120 years old. I'm 76 and he looks like my great grandfather. I'm not being mean, I really want to know. Skin is our biggest organ and relects our health.

I will keep listening you are great inspiration. I know I need to change many things in my present life . I’m pretty healthy in many ways of things I don’t do ! Depression has plagued my life for many years and for the most part I manage... Over the years my mind has changed and I don't know who I am anymore, I'm just not who I used to be... My heart has been broken so many times, I don't even know where all the pieces are anymore... So many dreams, hopes and goals have been changed through circumstances or have been shattered to the point where I no longer dare to dream... I don't know what my purpose is, I don't even know if I want to live or die right now... It's the worst place to be mentally and emotionally...

This is a true story of a under performer. I am 35 and I own a small construction business. I was out flying a kite the other day with my daughter. I noticed I didn't want to let it go higher because it might not be attached at the end and we would lose the kite. I remembered when I was a kid that i never let all my string out and to this day I don't know if it's attached. I refuse to continue to not fly my damn kite. It almost made me mad. I never took a risk, even with my business I always played it safe and sure I make it. I want thrive. I will learn how high my kite can fly I promise that. When I'm flying the kite with my grandchildren I will be able to tell them to find out how high their kite can fly
