My dear Master Shi Heng Yi, may you be blessed always. My inspiration always who has changed my life. I still believe one day it will be real my dream to come and visit you. Such a deep post with so much hidden message only if one can truly listen with the heart. I have yet to listen to again and put into practice as always. Lessons in life to make one have more awareness💕☺️🧡❣💥

Discipline is apparent in every thing he says and does. The discipline to daily train his body, mind and spirit moment to moment , is so beautiful and of course challenging. Yet he encourages everyone ,no matter they are to take a step, to be open, to have faith no matter what. A living Master indeed.

I actually just started watching your videos on Facebook so much like something directed me to you as a person with high anxiety and severe anger. I drive my partner crazy and do your videos in learning. I’m doing a lot better now and I believe it I’m a lot easier to get along with lol thank you so much.

Awesome message, awesome footage in the desert and awesome music choice. Great job. For audio: Would be great if you could tweak your lower frequencies a bit higher. And enhance the mids and highs a bit more. In a Smartphone your Audio is excellent, but in my car, tv, or pc it’s really hard to separate his talking from the music. Just my opinion. Maybe you can try it out yourself on different devices.
