Yeah, I have to precise. Recently I wonder what does it mean to be a man. And I figured out that it is about DOING. For me it is about setting goals and achieving. I'm tired of thinking, overthinking. I want to DO SOMETHING! Make something! Make myself! I don't think Arnie is better than me in ethically sense. i don't know that. From what I see he seems to be a nice guy. I don't see any haughtiness in him and this is what I too often feel (paradox, because I feel like shit). I want I need such model. Person who achieve and inspire others to do best they can do. I'm very happy about this discovery of Arnold. It is very recent discovery and I'm telling you man. His words, his success is helping me to be better man. Maybe even morally.

Arnold got into the movies after retiring from bodybuilding so I can do both but one after I retire from the other. Just because it hasn’t been done before doesn’t mean it can’t.

As a former combat vet in the army, I cant attest that it takes HUGE balls to go AWOL, knowing full well that you will face harsh punishment when you return. He did that as a kid just to enter a bodybuilding contest. When he says "break the rules" and "don't be afraid to fail", I don't think most people really understand how deeply those statements run with him.

We can have a friendly rivalry. We can be the next Franco and Arnold! Beat each other in Olympia’s and be rivals but also best friends and training partners. You down bro? We will be training partners and motivate us to keep going but be friendly rivals. We will be like Arnie and Franco and Lou Ferrigno in our own pumping iron one day lol. ***** Arnold is the one that has lived an incredible life and done things that most people will only be able to dream about. He became a champion in 3 unbelievably competitive areas. The undisputed king of bodybuilding, an enormous film star, and the governor of the most populous (and greatest, I might add) state. You, on the other hand, are left to argue the virtue of steroids on KZread. Yeah, you're pretty much in no position to try to diminish the success of the man for using steroids for a brief period decades ago when everyone else was also using them.

***** At the time Arnold used steroids noone really knew anything about the sideeffects. There was a new product on the market that enabled him to work HARDER to achieve his goals and he used it! That's motivation for everyone in every situation. He didn't take a product that made anything easier! He wanted to be able to perform on a much higher level. Judging by your comment above you have absolutely no idea what bodybuilding is. How much dedication it takes to control what you put in your body and when all the time. To spend 2-3 hours in the gym DAILY! Putting yourself through so much pain that you get the feeling that you're gonna throw up! You have no idea how much dedication it takes to push yourself until black points and stars appear in your vision and you certainly have no clue how much dedication it takes to push yourself even further!! And the only thing that steroids allow you to do is to go to the place where you can do all this and more. Finally: How about you do some reading??

Good stuff man Arnold trained twice a day up to five hours at a time he worked hard I remember reading I'm his book total recall he only used steroids on of season to try not to lose muscle. And at the time people did not know much about steroids. Today steroids are much stronger and guys like Ronnie Jay cutler kai green and Phil use them all day. They work hard but Arnold is and will be the hardest working bodybuilder of all time.

Amen brother!? AMEN!!! No matter weather he used steriods or not, you still have to work hard. These suppliments only work as hard as you do. This man worked hard either in the gym or on a movie set. I listen to this video evryday. When I'm going to work, going to the gym and even on the weekends. This has to be the most powerful speech I have ever heard in my 31 years on this earth. I've listened to this vidoe for 2 months and it still brings me to tears.

I had some crazy shit back a few years ago. I broke the law and not the rules and since that everything took a 180 degrees turn. I looked inside and now i have a job, a home, friends. I watched this video many-many times and each time i was more and more confident and i trusted my self more and more. Now, a few years later, i have a vision, i have goals to achieve, a future i want to reach. In my head and out in the real world. Thank you Arnie, your words gave me perspective (and in secret i admit i like even your bad movies :D )

this is one of the best videos i've ever watched in my life...I'm in a point in my life where I made some SIGNIFICANT changes, I've been bodybuilding extremely hard for the past 6months and the difference is quite notable now! everybody around me has noticed changes physically and mentally (at age 36 I decided to go back to college and get a business degree). This video just proves me once again: No one can take your dreams away except yourself.
