To me arnold is the best bodybuilder for what he did for the sport. Better than coleman and haney, because if not for arnold many ifbb champs would have never became bodybuilders.

Never it's Steve reeves . reeves was poor and grew up without a father .lifted up stones weights was a porter loading boxes on a truck made movies win the Mr universe the highest title and defeated reg parks .he inspired many millions from his era till today ask anyone before Joe weider took Arnold and moulded him like an experimental guinea pig on dianabol decca and injections to get big .look at Arnold today the effects of steroids .look at people who die off juicing up ha ha ha reeves the gid of bodybuilding and the worlds most handsome msn

I’m still watching this Arnold still motivates me. Started training 4 years ago bullied by my weigh 300pounds. Went down to 140 in 2018-2021 220 build muscle mass. I have a vision. Started at 14 years old and still training 18 years old and will keep on going. Stay hungry and Move forward

Really discovered Arnold’s story in my 40s. What an inspiration. Incredible human being.

Hi is a perfect example of never giving up end motivated billions of people

I don’t care what people say about Arnold. “Steroids” or no “Steroids”. The guy is a pure workhorse! He is the perfect example of living “The Dream” in The United States🇺🇸. People always bash “Bodybuilders” for using “Drugs” but they never acknowledge the amount of work they still had to put in. IMO “Bodybuilders” are the hardest working athletes out of any other athlete. No other type of athlete comes even close. I think a lot of other sports coaches should have “Bodybuilders” as guest speakers for their teams. They’re perfect examples of what it truly takes to be a “Champion”.

I saw my path when I first Arrived in VEGAS... I seen the land of opportunity but a bunch of bosses with no VISION or destination and most importantly no guidance.. bunch of ppl with some sort of income but basic talent. I knew immediately I was not gonna only TAKEOVER but BUILD my home

Listening to these motivates me to work harder in the gym. Being a former alcoholic who wanted better is what drove me to the gym. I weighed 215 and kept failing but after these, they got me down to 185 after two months. These videos help me even after I feel sore and want to sleep some more. Two a days are tough but these videos help me so thank you MulliganBrothers.

YOU HAVE TO SHOCK THE MUSCLE!!!!

Find your vision and put in the work of you don’t know what it takes follow and study ppl who do. Practice there routines, Mimick there lifestyles study there mindsets than be willing to do the work because the bigger your goal the longer you’ll have to to put in the work. That was my my biggest setback I realized if I was going to become the person I had to accept I had to change and adapt. Surround yourself with ppl that have the same passion, surround yourself with ppl that force you to grow or learn, whatever level you choose to become start dating, forming friendships, building/networking at THAT LEVEL. If your not willing to adapt or grow or challenge yourself you’ll continue going in CIRCLES and settling and never reaching your true POTENTIAL.

I love working and what I do because it’s an opportunity everyday to chase my DREAM…. We all start somewhere. My parents and friends and family sacrificed a lot for me to be in this position. My job and ppl give mdd we an opportunity to achieve my goal so I’m blessed and thankful. It’s not the best job in the world but it’s a JOB 💯

I knew 3 years ago I was never gonna live a happy life unless I found purpose and created a vision 💯 but I also knew deep down I would never be able to accomplish half the things I always knew I could unless I took care of the demons and issues I had going on in my mind so I took time to myself… it took longer than I expected but I knew I couldn’t rush things and had to learn to be patient because I truly believed the end game would lead to a very glorious life…. It’s been one hell of a journey but I would go through it over and over again if I knew ahead of time it would lead to where I’m headed. Life is insane but I’m loving every minute of it

I count my blessings everyday God gave me the tools and attributes to become one of the most powerful motivational/inspirational men of our generation.
