It's understandable to be doubtful and have negative self talk, but remember astronauts that have come before are flawed people just like you or me, so there's no reason it's not possible for you. I think Tony Robbins is great to learn from to developing routines that help you grow belief and put you in the right state. It's something I'm very focused on, having done a video on Tony Robbins belief systems on my channel with a lot of content coming out over the new months around changing state and taking steps towards growth. Hope that helps and don't quit

I began this so I could learn his voice for comedic purposes. This was inspiring af tho. Half way through and I'm enchanted with his mindset. I've never been like that. Probably why I'm 37 and just now trying to sound like the guy. I shoulda done this a long time ago. Gonna try and give it 💯 from now on. A 🍺 to loosen up first. I can already feel the success inching towards me. Good luck everyone! 🤘

The 360 people that disliked this video, those are the people that hate their lives. Those are the people that are over weight and give up on life. Those are the people that have dead end jobs and love it. Those are the people that has a mentality thats messed up. The reason why i liked this vid its because i work out 5 to 6 hrs a day since i dont have a job.. i work out bec i need to better my self. I did construction work. I work my ass offf for people who dont give a shit about you. Covid came the country on lock down so i was layed off. Everything on hold. Im putting my life tog right now. Working towards my goal. Strength. That’s my motivation. I’ve seen so many people who are inviolate in their 50s and still live another 15 years in incredible pain and decline. I flat out refuse to be like that. So at 33, I’m changing my diet, quitting bad habits, not ingesting toxins. It’s never too late. Start now. Your future self will thank you.

Wake your ass up , push your self out of that the comfort zone , and be the person you want to be ! You will sweat, cry , bleed , and wake up sore every morning ! All of that is the old you dying and transforming into the person you wanna be deep down in side ! The reward is so worth it ! I’ve been going two years straight 6 days a week . I never thought I would be waking up at 4am every morning to get it in . There is no better way to start your day then accomplishing that goal . Keeep going and the best advice I can give you is Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition , and nutrition!!! God speed !

Waking up at 4?That's the hour I fall to sleep lol.You need to sleep well, otherwise you will break down eventually no matter how great your willpower is.Also try working out at home,i am not a people person and I only learned I like working out once I started working alone instead of the gym.Its less distracting and with the some creativity and a few weights it actually worked better for me.
