I got injured years ago, and in recent times was shot and let myself go, left a physical trade and been in an office. I play this daily at the gym to give me a sense of focus and thinking while pushing myself. If I don't, I won't be here within 5 years. Death doesnt scare me, a needless and inglorious death does. Keep pushing lads, we got this.
The problem is that today we are soft. I am not trying to put anyone down. We are so fortunate in the US that we unknowing have become so accustom to comfort that we don't know how to deal with being uncomfortable. Do something today that makes you uncomfortable and overcome it. You are on your way to greatness right now!!!!

I think Tony Robbins is great to learn from to developing routines that help you grow belief and put you in the right state. It's something I'm very focused on, having done a video on Tony Robbins belief systems on my channel with a lot of content coming out over the new months around changing state and taking steps towards growth. You are missing the point.Arnold is not just talking about bodybuilding,he is talking about life in general.Rename it to Life success motivation.Life is so much more than being big,Arnold is talking from his perspective, his own goal.
To say that Arnold Schwarzenegger was the goat is an immense understatement. When you can look back 50 years and see that he would trash, today’s bodybuilders is an incredible thought. His wrought iron steel attitude, and goal setting is for anybody no matter what you desire.
3 years ago i was motivated by sly stallone, now i'm motivated by arnold. I started running for 5KM 4 times a week. I don't really know my goal but i know one day it'll come up to my head.

What a man!! Your an icon Arnold not just a legend.
He is the example. Never give up, keep pushing, keep reaching for your dreams no matter what others say, no matter the negativity. Your only enemy is yourself. If you've defeated yourself then everyone has defeated you. Its up to each of us to rise above the negativity in this world and be an example for the following generations." If not us, who? If not now, when?" One of my favorite sayings by Arnold

Those are the people that have dead end jobs and love it. Those are the people that has a mentality thats messed up. Strength. That’s my motivation. I’ve seen so many people who are inviolate in their 50s and still live another 15 years in incredible pain and decline. I flat out refuse to be like that. So at 33, I’m changing my diet, quitting bad habits, not ingesting toxins. It’s never too late. Start now. Your future self will thank you.
Starting is very hard... keep rebooting every day is something most will not do. Consistency is what keeps u there! You are one step closer to your freedom.
