HSP with two narcissist parents..... lucky me.
While dealing with my narc ex-friend, I decided to see a therapist to help me cope with the relationship (in addition, to major depression). She told me that I'm a HSP. So happy I wasn't going crazy, lol. I'm just a good soul with a overly stimulated nervous system.
Wow. I always thought that it was just having PTSD from age 4 combined with having to learn micro expressions (inadvertently) to predict my mother’s moods/ possible actions.
