5 Billion Naira per kilometer road construction cost price in Nigeria by Nigerian Government, but compared compared to African Development Bank whose quotation is 60 million Naira per kilometer road construction cost price. Almost 100% difference between both quotations. GOD PLEASE HELP NIGERIA.
