Lawyer says Nigeria no longer exist by law after December 31, 2013

Tony Nnadi's Movement for New Nigeria says with Nigeria clocking 100 years since the 1914 amalgamation of the country by its British Colonialist, Nigeria, legally speaking, no longer exist. He argues that the the lifespan of the amalgamation treaty has elapsed and that ethnic nationalities are now free to declare autonomy for themselves.

This Man U call TONY is d only man who has spoken well for the well being of Nigeria. It seems no one is listening to u at all. A federation is a union of constitutions - I am not a lawyer but your explanation is clear to all. There is no bias and as you rightly pointed out, it is only rogues who dispute your idea. I am not sure what form of federation Nigeria is currently practicing! Hopefully everyone will listen to your advice before it becomes too late. Well Done Sir Nnadi.

Yes but I was not refering to any ethnic group. Nigeria, nonetheless needs to be restructured in some way, maybe throw away the name given to them by the colonial masters. They can even select naija as their name...or united states of Songhai, or just anything else. We are covered by the imperialist mindset. We should emulate those who changed their names to Zimbabwe and Ghana from Rhodesia and Gold Coast respectively. Of course following a true federal structure...then after, we can talk about who occupies whose land in the new Nigeria!

I read some time in the '80s a write-up in either "The Renaissance" of Enugu or "Headline" newspaper center spread, of a story which claimed that Prophet Mohamed said that the ruler-ship of Nigeria will remain in the Northern Nigeria for a 100 years. This calls for research. However, thank God the time is up. God bless you Barrister Tony Nnadi.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THE PARASITES IN NIGERIA? They are the ones who are here clamoring for one Nigeria. If you are forced into Child marriage with someone totally different from you, and you feel is holding you back, is it a bad thing to ask for DIVORCE?

The Southerners claim to be educated and well-civilised but most of them are ignorants bout western politics. The main reason of amalgamation is to stop the north from been a complete Islamic state because that will not give colonial Masters opportunity to spread Christianity in the north. Remember before the coming of Christian missionaries(colonial masters) the north was full Islamic state under the wstch of Sokoto caliphate but today because of the almagamation we are not more Islamic state. Today because of the favor of amalgamation Christians are allowed to spread Christianity in every part the north including sokoto state and that resulted to the converting of significant numbers of northerners to christianity. Today we have thousands of churches, three christian governors( in Benue ,Taraba and plateau state), 5 deputy governors( in Gombe, Adamawa,Nasarawa,Kwara and kogi state), hundreds of Christians institutions including universities and many prominent Christian politician all in the north because of amalgamation and one Nigeria.

I love Nigeria so much that whenever i'm in the mixed of Nigerian talks i end up in real weeping. Although i might have migrated out of that Failed Nation, but i always think of my loved ones and ordinary Nigerians in that Law And Disorder country called Nigeria. There was a time of crisis as usual in Nigeria, then i had to entered prayer for my country Nigeria but right from the first night i started the prayer i had a vision of Nigeria divided. However i'm very blessed with foresight, even before i left Nigeria have always said the only solution for that incompatible nation is to go apart. The only people forcing that incompatible nation together her those culprits evil leaders. The only way out for Nigeria is to go apart, otherwise that incompatible nation would continue to get worst in every aspects of it, and innocents people will continue to suffer. Either you like it or not the truth will surely catch up one day and i pray they go apart amicably. Yours faithfully Diaspora One.

When the USA said Nigerian will be failed state people thought it's out break of war after the 2015 general election. With situation on ground presently Nigeria is a failed state take itb or leave it, and will never come back again as one nation. Because the injustice knows no ban.
