I used to be a staunch supporter of unrestricted capitalism... But living in Mexico, I understood what is like to have a really unrestricted market, with no government regulations and only driven by profit and competition: You get a cartel. And no matter how renowned, how legal the products and how elaborate the PR, it is still a cartel. A cartel that can ruin the lives of millions of people, damage the environment and purchase a country's government to operate with impunity for as long as they want. I still believe in a free market, but with regulations that protect the consumer first... Otherwise, companies are free to do what they want, including things like what Shell did in Nigeria and what drug cartels do in my country - Not too different.

So far , far from privet like you say. And this is the problem we have. WE let these ppl get so rich with the worlds money. yeah we are def over dew for another world war that's for sure. I don't mean it in a hateful way or want ppl to dye but that's what it takes. The Scots wouldn't be free if they didn't dye for it first. Same goes for the Africans they are goin to have to unit and push back. Cause if Africa could unit and become independent as a whole country which doubt will ever happen cause we fight amounts ourselves much less. But yeah if they could unite they would be the largest gdp in the world and by 2100 they will have 7 out of the 10 largest cites in the world. He would always tell us how the company purposefully sought to destabilize and cause unrest in their “HOST” communities to ensure the people could never mount a unified resistance towards SHELL. He always told us they were an evil company and worked his entire life to ensure SHELL never drilled a single welll in our community. Still, all of that didn’t prepare me for this video 😢 This is pure EVIL.

My dad did business in Nigeria. He came from a poor family, lost his dad at 9, never went to school due to war, then traded tires as a teen in Cameroon, then motorcycles and marine engines till his 40’s and made millions in West Africa, Western Europe, and east Asia (Japan and China) where he ended up meeting my mom and settling. Eventually, Nigerian government officials looted his showroom, his imported goods, then his warehouses, one by one. They asked for his company certificate to carry out investigations, he gave it, then they used it to take out millions of dollars in loans. At this point my family was ded and buried but my dad was still a pain in the arse for the state trying to sue them, so naturally they tried assasinating him, car "incidents", poison, arson to our home, blah blah blah, point being, y’all don’t realize how much of a joke Nigeria is. It's a failure of a country in every capacity. You can try actually working but you'll just be another source for Nigeria's "leaders" to get more money.

And instead of international corporations, stealing from people, we got them, stealing our taxes and natural resources, for sell off of which we don't get a dime. They keep power with iron fist, and as you can see - started a war even, to dust everyone's eyes. Sad thing - russian propaganda is the most successful and effective on this planet. They managed to zombiefy people with open access to the information and different media. People honestly believe that the west is on their way to undermine and destroy Russia. The amount of those people is closer to 80%. The others are silent, because if you open your mouth you risk everything. Even the lives of your loved ones. There are examples: a person fled to some western country and government agencies assassinated his elderly mother. Literally like terrorists do.

But it doesn't do that for others like the Scots. They fought to the death for their freedoms, and didn't stop fighting till they did. I see it in the faces of the African ppl on the news how they have let these ppl get to them. They have let them depress etc. It was the same look of the Afghanistan kids and how they have had all hope stripped from them. You can see it in their eyes. They don't believe in themselves anymore. As a black man born in America with Afro/Caribbean roots... Its stories like this that opens my eyes as to why Black countries are where they are today... Not because of foreign involvement or white man colonization primarily.. But it shows how as a "Race" we see ourselves as "indifferent" when it comes to greed and prosperity. We would rather inflict pain and suffering on ourselves at the expense for "profit"... Africa as a continent will never be able to become a super power not unless "unity" is "absolute".. It’s not that simple. The reason why we’re like that today is because that’s how Europeans engineered it. They seen what we could do when we unite together and they’d rather have us in a mental state where we fighting each other like crabs in a barrel than focusing on the overall prosperity of our people. Any African leaders that try to industrialize and develop an African country gets put down. All a country from the EU or US government has to do is come up with a “dictatorship” or “terrorist” story to give them a moral excuse to send their military over to destabilize the political scene and cause chaos. Then “stabilize” it with handpicked leaders that’ll do whatever they tell them.

@@terrencelockettjr.3916 Nothing in life is simple... Regardless, what is engineered or what the outcome may be... At the end of the day; being a "Nubian" with African decent. I would rather die on my feet fighting than being on my knees as a slave.... As a united front - the skies the limit regardless... The thought of "Europeans engineered it", African leaders - get put down for development, or US/EU military destabilization is "programing meant to tame "sheep".. Look at India and Pakistan.. As a nation they aren't perfect but they at least were able to build themselves up as a "Power".. I feel that "Mental Slavery" is the true villain here.. Which is why all "Black" nations fail... Learn from the past; so that we don't make mistakes for the future.. You get stuck in the past - then you don't have a future...

@@rmoore6471 Pakistan and India began building their power during the time when some African countries were still colonized. You gotta realize some of these countries have barely been free for 30 40 years and now we’re at a time where the gap in firepower is so huge it’s damn near impossible to defend ourselves. “The mental slavery” does play a part in it though it’s just a small obstacle compared to what we have to face. Look at ghadaffi for example remember what they did to him? Or Patrice lambada. So many more examples. I feel if we do decide to unite under on mass organized governed country we’d have to be allied with a superpower country that could give us military technology in exchange for natural resources. At the end of the day that’s the only reason why our people have been ravaged.
