I found you just a few months ago and your perspective has made me, for the first time in 15plus years, be able effectively take a sensible approach to loosing the 30 pounds ive gained in that time. It's not perspective...it's science. I read a lot and have been working out a lot for years and it's in a nutrition book, anatomy and physiology book, there are encyclopedias about weight training and all the moves you do, etc..... She may have said her disclaimers, but really, she's telling you what's been known for YEARS. the great thing about science and math is they don't lie. A+B=C. One key thing to remember, is CALORIE DEFICIT. When you work out 5 -6 days a week, weight trqin, HIIT cardio, eat healthy and work fun stuff in as moderation, you then will stay trim, healthy, and age REALLY slowly, bottom line. I love this vid .

True. It definitely makes me happy every time I smash through a plateau, and I was legit like a kid in a candy store this week pulling out my bathing suit for the progress photo I’ve worked/waited months to take! 😂

I literally ate Thai pumpkin soup at work all week this past week. I added shredded chicken breast to it just to give it a protein boost. It was super delicious, plus pumpkin has plenty of fibre. The last two days of the week I added a piece of naan bread to my lunches because I was really craving naan (specifically naan - no other bread/carbs). So in addition to your "tuck it in" motto, I would also say blend up the veggies. Turn them into a soup or sauce. Easy way to eat veggies without really noticing that you are in fact eating veggies.

I loved your videos on mistakes that kept me fat. They were funny and informative. I am in my 50s now and losing weight seems impossible. Everyone keeps telling me just be happy with where you are....!! No! I am not going to just give up. Thank you for these videos that can help me see where my mistakes are (I think I have done everyone you mentioned) and fix them.

I do protein prep like Julianna does, using family packs of meat, ... then put single servings of 3- 4 ounces in a snack Ziploc, and freeze them. Often lasts me 2 weeks. Can be used for any meal... on a salad, in omelette, in stir-fry. And.... since mornings are tough for me... I food prep my breakfast of oats/chia seed/protein powder pudding (dry ingredients only) into little plastic containers.... after dinner I put the dry ingredients into a bowl, add yogurt, almond milk, fruit... cover and put overnight in the fridge. 👍✅

I do protein prep like Julianna does, using family packs of meat, ... then put single servings of 3- 4 ounces in a snack Ziploc, and freeze them. Often lasts me 2 weeks. Can be used for any meal... on a salad, in omelette, in stir-fry. And.... since mornings are tough for me... I food prep my breakfast of oats/chia seed/protein powder pudding (dry ingredients only) into little plastic containers.... after dinner I put the dry ingredients into a bowl, add yogurt, almond milk, fruit... cover and put overnight in the fridge. 👍✅

Love your style of delivery, I'm 34 and am not "fat" but have always struggled with my weight and body image. So many good tips in your videos and you're so REAL. Love your vids!! Two things: 1 - tips on strength training from home to build muscle/lose fat if you don’t have gym style equipment like you’ve shown in your videos? And 2 - can you post some protein recipes you use often? That chicken looked amazing!

I have found that adding a good amount/serving of veggies it allows me to have what I want, and still stay in my calorie range.
